Hotel antigo, necessitando muitos reparos. Quarto muito grande. Vaso sanitário entupido. Café da manhã bom.

Foi um bom hotel mas por ser antigo precisa de atualizações. Frigobar quebrado, ar condicionado ruim e um servico de quarto a desejar. O quarto maravilhoso e banheiro também. tive que pedir para o servico de quarto colocar sabonete e shampoo. Sem tapete de banheiro. A comida razoável. A animação bem fora da atualidade e que existe hoje. Se colocassem um bom DJ ja faria a diferença.

Hotel bem localizado e quarto amplo e aconchegante. Pontos que podem melhorar: não oferecem WI-FI nos quartos, apenas no lobby e não funciona muito bem. Um hotel desse porte deveria ter internet liberada. Podem melhorar no serviço de comida, principalmente no jantar. Poderiam oferecer aluguel de scooter ou algum serviço de transporte para levar os hóspedes no centro. Quarto poderia ter mais ventilação, no banheiro.

We stayed in August 2024 for my birthday. This was our 5th or 6th trip and unfortunately we will probably not return. Resort has stopped focusing on couples and has starting promoting large groups to book rooms. The resort isn't set up for this. Dining is delayed, staff is stressed (not enough of them to serve large groups plus other guests), more buffets than before, loud groups partying until late into the night/morning takes away from the chill, relaxing, quiet vibe the resort used to have. Staff and taxi drivers indicate the new manager (might not still be there 1.5 years later, maybe so) was running the resort into the ground for personal profit. We came here for our honeymoon in 2016 and loved it and went back several times. The last trip was so bad and noisy we were ready to leave early since the other people in our building thought nothing of blaring their music and talking on the phone until 3 and 4am in the common areas between rooms. The way the buildings are set up in this resort you walk into a common area and all the rooms in the building come off the common area. The problem is the rooms are very insulated between the rooms but not around the doors. Also because of the large open ceilings, stuff in the common areas echo. As the group was very large (probably 30 plus adults), our concerns were pretty much dismissed since they had rented out about 1/3 of the resort. The wait staff and kitchen staff and bar staff did the best they could.

Buena opcion por el precio pero no habia mucha gente hospedada por lo que habia muy pocas opciones de comida un solo restaurante para todo, el bartender del bar de los primeros dias siempre enojado y las bebidas muy malas, no hay atencion en la alberca por lo que tienes q salirte a cada rato a pedir mas bebidas y/o comida, recomiendo llevar termos. Elnhotel se ve viejo como olvidado y ya no tienen el servicio de bicis. El trato en recepcion fue bueno. Pudimos tomar el transporte del parque del jaguar para movernoa en el area eso fue muy bueno porque no hay manera mas q con taxis carisimos Si buscar fiesta o mucho movimiento no es el indicado
