Best Western Brentwood Inn

Everything was fine, but the only problem was the pool, was so dirty. No one can go in, it's so sad because the hotel in general was so perfect. This isn't a negative review in my humble opinion, hope in the future they fix this.

Hallway carpets were stained, bathtub rusted, pool not cleaned, and very noisy at night. Anyone in the hallway sounded like they were in our room

Check in took over 25 minutes waiting on 1 person ahead of us. My kids were excited to use the pool, but we did not allow them to because it was dirty. Location was good, not too far from the downtown area.

Nice property but parking seemed limited.

The elevator to the second floor was inop. Had to go to 1st floor to get elevator to 2nd floor.

Check in was a nightmare - booked through Hotels.com but even though had confirmation said only 1 night and it was paid for 2 - took over 40 min to check in & get error situated. Felt unsafe in side parking areas where you are to park - both nights men hanging out around cars. Not well lit. Not the cleanest.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. The actual rooms themselves are nice and well cared for. The property feels quite old, and the pool was not clean when we tried to use. Didn’t quite feel like great value for what we paid, but would consider staying again if we were back in the area.

The elevator and exit doors are not functioning. I felt that’s a bad fire code violation since the second floor exit door was stuck and not opening. The elevator only goes up but is not accessible for the second floor so we struggled with our luggage’s and other things. Difficult to transport. But the staff was very professional and friendly.

Hotel as a whole is very dingy and dirty looking. Rooms are outdated, hard to tell if they were clean, floors were sticky and gross, there was a large hole in our wall they hung a piece of art over to try to cover most of it. No ac turned on so our room was very hot and gross when we checked in. Would not stay here again. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. It’s gone downhill and nothing is done to keep it updated and clean. Would probably be better off at a motel 6 or staying somewhere outside Brentwood.

Breakfast not offered. Parking good. Facility was clean. Beds not real comfortable to firm. Staff was very friendly and curtious.

Rust in the bath tub, floors dirty, upkeep and updates should be made not worth the money charged.

The room smelled moldy when we arrived. The towels were sour and had threads coming out. So we went to buy our own towels from the local store. The cleaning staff never came on and cleaned our room. The refrigerator over flowed with water maybe they turned it off to unthaw the ice. We always wipe down everything when we arrive at a facility. I'm glad we did. The microwave had residue inside and the TV remote was sticky. The front desk staff was very nice. The AC/heater was so loud we had to turn the TV volume way up. I'm surprised we didn't get a noise complaint. We will never stay with this Hotel brand again. This was our first time staying with this Hotel group. We would have thought because of the area, the quality would have been better. I should have listened to my peers.

The "suite" we requested did not have the air conditioning running and was over 90° upon arrival. The curtains were severely stained. The lid to the toilet was cracked. One of the outlets was duct taped. After 20 minutes the room had not come down in temperature and I ultimately had to request other room accommodations. The standard room I was moved to did not have any of the aforementioned issues and was satisfactory for the one evening stay.

TV did not work; Dish not responsive upon using room at 10p

I hear people talking in other rooms around 3 am and 4 am. Looks like rooms insulation is not good.

It's a nice motel in a safe part of town. Free breakfast with a variety of good food. The linens and towels were clean. The beds were too hard for me but they might be okay for someone else. It's an older building but the staff is very nice and it was certainly fine our night's stay. Kind of a smaller spartan room but we didn't need a suite.

The beds and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Made it difficult to get a full nights sleep.

Took a bit to check in. Middle of the night there was a very loud drunk couple in the hallway. Thin walls.

Room was clean and I felt safe. Good breakfast options. Walls are not well sound proof as my neighbor woke me up multiple time with loud TV, coughing and knocking whatever that was. Feel like I didn’t sleep at all.☹️

House keeping walked in at 9:45am didnt even knock

I over slept to somebody pounding on my door and when I said “yes” the voice outside the door yelled you guys are late for check out. I was by myself first of all. Secondly I said ok and packed my bags and sighing 5 minutes he was pounding My door agin and yelling so I opened the door and the man was inches from my face yelling me he pounding on my door for 5 minutes. Not true. I packed as quickly I could. While he was yelling he was in the doorway blocking my exit and he was so close to my I asked if he was going lay a hand on. I’m sorry over slept and left the hotel 20 minutes late and was charged $100 late check out fee. As I was leaving the man said I could never stay at any hotel In Brentwood. Not only will I not stay at that best western but also any other BW nationwide. He could merely have called my room.

Marisela was amazingly helpful when we were staying there with a few relatives occupying a couple of rooms and had confusion over one of our bookings. She was so nice and went out of her way to help resolve any issues for us. In fact everyone at this place was nice with the rose garden in front and staff were so professional/helpful and rooms were so clean and comfortable that we are sure to go back!

Only place I’ll stay when I’m in Brentwood. Always great service.

This is a hard-to-believe story. I PRE-PAID for a two night stay, Fri-Sun, 3/22-3/25/2024. We knew we’d be a late arrival so my girlfriend called to advise the hotel of our plans. She spoke with manager Kamesh (sp?) and were assured that it would not be an issue. So when I arrived Saturday afternoon to check-in, I was told that I was considered a NO-SHOW, the room was no longer available and they had No Vacancies. Also told I was charged for the first night but that they would refund the cost of the second night. Shocked (and a little pissed) I got on the phone with Manager Kamesh to “remind” him of the call we had with him and all he could say was that he didn’t “remember” any such conversation. Now we’ve all messed-up from time to time but it just really got my goat that this “Manager” wasn’t man enough to admit his mistake. Plus I had to walk to the hotel down the road as I was fortunate that they had an available room for us. And of course, no offer from the hotel to get an Uber for us.

Facility is too old, location is inconvenient to any restaurants, room carpet and bed sheet look unclean, although the staff is very nice.

The hotel room itself was spacious and clean. Just the area where it is located was far from everything and beware no taxis in the area.

In an agricultural town, this is a great hotel to stay in. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Little things like the TV, in room coffee brewer, and refrigerator were all clean and working. Surprisingly my room, coffee and the waffle I had for breakfast, were some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

It was all ok except the breakfast- the sausage were old, dry, and tasteless, the eggs were mushy and watery, the coffee was lukewarm when available but usually empty, and the fruit was bruised and old. Really disappointing. The desk staff and the housekeeping staff were really nice.

For the price paid, just an out door pool. The breakfast set up had very few options

The floor was dirty our feet turned black, the bathroom had a soiled sanitary pad and dirty floss! Breakfast was terrible, luke warm water for tea, no bread. On complaining to the front desk attendant, she plainly said ‘i understand’ and that’s about it! Don’t recommend this property at all!

Checking in went well great customer service. But very disappointed with the beds, they were very uncomfortable didn't sleep well. Me and my husband do a lot of traveling and stood at many hotels. Very seldomly do we get disappointed in our stay at hotels. We especially look forward to going down to the lobby and enjoying our breakfast. Coffee was very watered down, and only had two main selections sausage patties and eggs. In my opinion an egg is an egg and should taste like one, they're were additives in it which didn't even taste like an egg it was horrible. That part needs to be improved. But other than that rooms were clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. A bit of noise issues. Enjoyed the breakfast area, many food choices and well stocked and maintained. The landscaping could have been better, a couple of dead trees. One large area at the end of the parking lot was stacked high with cardboard and debris alongside of the full dumpster.

The Jets which were the main reason why I wanted that room, were scaly and brown and had hair on them and then the dispensary for the shower items had hair and it was hair all over the shower. In the morning the breakfast which was part of the stay had coffee offered but it was already cold and pretty much empty. I came back an hour to see if they had refilled it they had not.
