Below average Holiday Inn Express. Older and not very well maintained. Empty ice machine holes in walls. Faucet in bathroom dripped non stop. Desk staff guy upon entering and saying, How ya doing....simply stated.."I\'m here". Step it up.

The staff was excellent. Hallways were extremely cold, could save money by upping the temp. Some repairs done in the room could be redone for appearance sake.

It appears they allow car haulers to use their parking lot for long term parking. Every morning someone not staying on site came and ate all the breakfast meat then left. They had bacon that was cooked the day before in the containers. All the bread and pastries was stale and inedible. There was no orange juice. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew this was how breakfast was handled. I've never had this experience at any other holiday inn or express. We booked a stay for 4 people and everyday were given 2 towels. The door lock to the room attached to ours did not lock so if they opened the door from the other side they were in our room.

The hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. We were offered extra towels as we had children with us. The lady at the front desk (can't remember her name) was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Great stay and will come back again and again.

I have always stayed at this hotel when visiting Livingston over the past several years. While this hotel is older, it is still clean, comfortable and well kept. The front desk staff was very friendly and I will definitely keep staying here when I'm back in the area.

The room was so-so. vinyl flooring under ac unit was patched together. room was warm upon arrival. ac took long time to cool. tv was in bad location and not adjustable. I could barely see the TV from the bed. If I would have been able to rotate the screen some, it would have been great, but the wall mount would not allow me to do so. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good quality but there were few choices. I had stayed in another Holiday Inn Express in Beaumont, TX the day before and everything about that hotel except the friendliness of the staff was better. In that regard, the staff was the same at both locations. This just seems like an older property in need of some upgrades. I expect better quality for the price I paid to stay here.

This hotel is disgusting and dirty. The man who helped us behind the counter at check-in was rude and unfriendly. We had a room for 4 with 2 of everything- towels, wash cloths, etc. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at.

This was hands down the friendliest staff of employees we have ever dealt with! Friendly, helpful, informative, and attentive to all we requested. Never acted like we were interrupting them or annoying them with our questions. The housekeepers included! Amazing stay!

The hotel was conveniently located close to the main highway. There are several fast food places and two grocery stores about one mile away.The room and lobby were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Over all this is the perfect hotel for an over night stay and avoid the long drive during new year.

Staff was very friendly,the Hotel was kept clean, Breakfast was good but could have been made bigger,the bathroom had just a little lighting around the mirror,which could have been more with a few canned lights. I guess still all and all. I would stay there again
