This is definitely one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in this price range. If we're ever looking for a place to stay in Huntsville, AL we will look here first!

We stayed one night. It was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and got us taken care of very quickly. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, and set up very cute. Had everything you would need, (all big ones) shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, lotion, make up remover wipes, hair dryer. Would definitely recommend to stay and I will stay again, if I am in the area.

Great location! Wonderful staff Room was clean Kitchen has fully stocked to serve our needs Did not use laundry room but it had numerous washers and dryers Coffee station in laundry room was excellent Hotel was a little old but served our purpose Great price for our 6 night stay

Thie hotel needs major help with maintenance issues. First the hotel fire alarm went off and or room was entered unexpectedly whike ew weren't fully clothed. The hot water went out and had to use cold water for several days. For the most part the staff members are cooperative but the management is not to responsive to the concerns about the hotel.

Rude and indifferent staff who didn't want to acknowledge our presence or care about giving us the wrong room. Will not return!
