We enjoyed the bar and restaurant. The beds were comfirtable but our only issue was the room needed a cleaning. The microwave was very dirty. The bathroom door was filthy and the small shelf outside the bath r oom had crumbs all over it.bathroom needed to be re grouted

My husband, stepson & I stayed one night here while visiting family in Philly. Convenient location near lots of restaurants. Very easy and simple free self parking. We were able to get an early check-in, which was fantastic. Lobby and lounge areas were very nice, clean, and modern. Room was very clean, spacious and modern as well. We felt very comfortable and safe here would definitely stay again.

For the area the hotel served all my needs for a one week stay. Great staff. comfortable. Good bar. Pretty good food. On major 8 lane Hiway with mostly chain and box stores and restaurants around. Convenient but not interesting area.

1. At checkin we were told the hotel was overbooked on 2 queens and offered a single king. We were offered vouchers for free breakfast “for the inconvenience.” The checkin agent was professional, courteous, & the highlight. Parking was plentiful. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. 2. The heating system in the room seemed to have two settings, off or inferno. 3. On a Sunday morning when the hotel was so full there was one staff member in the restaurant to take orders, bus tables, and take payment. She was polite but obviously overwhelmed. 5. The water in the shower never got above tepid. 6. Monday morning we came down to breakfast around 7 am before checking out and we’re told the restaurant is closed. Our voucher was good for two egg on English muffin sandwiches that were microwaved into eraser-like oblivion but NOT for a cup of yogurt or anything resembling food. She was the only staff in duty and doing checkout, passing our eraser sandwiches, and handling complaints all alone. 7. We witnessed several guests making complaints about problems similar or worse than our issues over the time there. Clean rooms, a decent mattress, and one staff-member who was not overwhelmed keeps this review from being entirely negative. Poor heating system, tepid shower, lack of breakfast on Monday morning, all other staff seeming overwhelmed means I’d probably look elsewhere when I return to the area.

The hotel was very clean, beds are amazing super comfortable. To our surprise in the morning there was more than 15 car window broken in to in the parking lot. I didn’t see no police yet everyone got a copy of an incident report They should get security for the parking lot

Great location with close dining options, clean, and friendly staff. No pool or continental breakfast so just be aware of that.

property was as nice as it looked in pictures. the ratings are based on the end of my stay. cars were broken into on the private lot & the staff did not care, show empathy or clean up glass that was everywhere in the parking lot. it happened about 2 am and they left it there still at 11 am!

The front desk people were so pleasant and professional. Our room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Hair was all on the couch inside the room. I stayed a week, housekeeping never knocked to see if we needed anything. I had to put our towels and trash outside the door everyday. I ask a woman from housekeeping for towels and rags, she told me to call. I called and front desk told me to come down and get it. I got them from the front desk everyday. My stay was 1,287.00 for that price I expected way better. This is my second time staying here, and my last!!!!

Clean all around.

The hotel was clean. The staff was attentive and each employee we met there had a smile and always greeted us.

There’s was several different pieces of hair of different colors in the room. The countertop was sticky as if it wasn’t cleaned properly as well as waking up with a bunch of red spots on my arms back and stomach had me scared the linen was in fact dirty. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. Also the room had a mildew smell.

The hotel room is spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

I like this hotel, it has been the one of my favorites when visiting Philadelphia. However, I didn't like the fact that they only clean up the room upon request with a 24 hours notice, this is what my husband was told when we came back to the room and noticed that the room wasn't clean.

No it wasn't..Mostly clean though. There was sml bouts of mess under the bed. The bath wasn't entirely clean either. All the amenities were good . Thank you for having a complimentary bottle of water, much appreciated.

I stayed for a youth football tournament. There were stains on our beddings, bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, housekeeping didn’t come to our room and we were there for an entire weekend.

Overall it was a good stay. Compared to other places weve stayed lately, there is room for improvement. There was room decor that was in disrepair. The air conditioner went on like a jet plane taking off every 10 minutes and went off after 2 minutes, all through the night. The toilet paper rolls were situated from behind the toilet. The clean towels were situated under the sink drain trap (which was a personal turn off). There was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. Otherwise, the room seemed cleaned with no foul odor. Bed linens and pillows were great. Room amenities were good. In the past hotel we stayed recently, our cold/hot breakfasts were included and the hotel bill per night was $40 less than here. That being said, there were plenty of places to grab food, including in the hotel.

First room the TV didn't work, second room toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Shower curtain rod was falling down and tub spout not properly attached. The room didn't justify the price.

Overall not terrible, however it poured and the rug in the floor near the windows was soaked. Wasn’t sure at first if it was from the AC that couldn’t keep up cooling the room or if it was from the windows. When I went down to the front desk, someone else was reporting their rug was soaked as well. The hotel appears in need of a facelift and some new windows. Also when I went to shower in the morning, there was no water. Front desk said there was a major plumbing issue and had no idea when the water may be back on. Hotel is also difficult to find with GPS. Directions bring you to a shopping mall/strip mall behind the hotel with no access to the hotel parking lot.

woman at the afternoon check in had a heavy accent and i had a little trouble understanding her. she also spoke somewhat softly. the room was clean. 3 problems with the room the sink was clogged the mini fridge had a loud hum so i unplugged it the heating unit didn't work

It’s a low-average. Reception helpfulness hit or miss. Property has seen better days - needs a refresh. My room was large and clean enough but old lighting fixtures, A/C units, etc. Does not feel like a Marriot level experience. No restaurant on premises and walkable options weren’t great. It’s an inexpensive option for Philly but not terribly close to center city.

Noisy AC, stop working around midnight.

Property was decent but the room had some issues. the curtain rod was loose so we couldn't move the curtain end to end, there were rust stains in the bathtub, the toilet tissue holder was also sideways, the toilet seat was loose.

Room was super quiet and very clean. Front staff were very friendly and efficient. Cant wait to go back!!!

The staff at the front desk was very professional, even apologetic for joking around with one another about work.

The staff was helpful, kind, and attentive. The hotel lobby and room were spacious, clean, and accomodating.

We arrived at the hotel and upon entering our room, the bathroom locked and we could not get it open. After it occurring multiple times we finally got a new room. We were told by the property that we would received a refund for at least one of the nights but we have not. I've called the property multiple times and have not reached someone who is helpful. We keep getting told we'll get a call back but that has not happened.

The rooms are somewhat old I have stayed at this hotel many times and the front desk is horrible They mumble they talk into the computer they don’t talk to you you have to ask him multiple times what they said

I was disappointed that I didn't get an AARP discount when I booked with Expedia. Maybe it was my fault but I didn't see an option. Since it was not booked directly at Sheraton they would not help me. I asked for a blanket - they were out of blankets and brought me some sheets, one with blood stains on it. The complimentary breakfast had no coffee, only decaf. This was when they OPENED at 7 AM!! There was no creamer and not much staff interest to go get more. All in all, a poor experience for one who has stayed at other Sheraton 4 Points over the years - not sure if I would again.

This is right next to Otherworld which was an amazing venue. We will definitely be back.

The property was like maze. Finding the place this hotel was a task in itself. The staff was not at all friendly.

The hotel is located in a closed-off area, and reaching the entrance requires passing through several other parking lots, which can be confusing. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and there were several unfamiliar individuals wandering around the premises, which made the environment feel a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel was in the perfect spot for your needs. Close to shopping and food. The only difficulty I had was their was no sign lit for the hotel off the one road to get into the hotel parking lot.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and it's a convenient location, clean and very nice staff. For some reason, our room did not get serviced the day we were there, and the restaurant wasn't open on Labor Day with no advance notice, which was annoying as we were meeting family for breakfast. But overall it was a fine stay and I would recommend the hotel if you're in the Northeast.

stayedwith my children for a weekend getaway. the rooms were good size. check in was good and efficent. breakfast was good as well.EXCEPT when i asked for an extra set of towels. THEY HAD NO TOWELS. so we had to buy a extra towel from 5below. memerial day weekend and no towels!?!? ok. i get that things happen but i guess i wasnt expecting that. the toilet also needed some attention. good thing i carry my own cleaning wipes. but overall, we had a great stay.

Did not offer any complementary breakfast for the money they charged. There were no carts available to check out with. Everything else was pretty nice.

Sadly ther was limited dining….microwaved breakfast. The electronics in rooms, TV, mirror, music connect we’re not working. Ice machine out of order….Not what I would have expected from a Four Points Sheraton.
