My stay at Hotel Mayasol did not meet my expectations. The room I received had a damaged door lock, dirty floors and furniture, chipped paint, a noticeable mildew odor, towels that did not appear clean, and a toilet that often required multiple flushes. Several amenities listed for the property were unavailable or not operating during my visit, including the fitness equipment. I also found parts of the hotel to be in need of maintenance. When I raised my concerns, the situation was not resolved during my stay. A different room was mentioned only as I was leaving, after I had already made other arrangements. I hope the property addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues, as they had a significant impact on my overall experience.
