New washers required Broken floor tiles around toilet; unsanitary I suggest a full inspection is needed and remedial action taken before further rentals BTW on arrival we dad to remove significant rubbish (overspill from the bins ) before being able to park ( no lockable post ). Host needs to discuss with other residents
