Nice hotel and breakfast- but pool needs some fixing - lights did not work in the night and tiles in the bottom of the pool came off and you have to watch where you step.

We loved the family suite we booked. Very very nice. Alot of room. A little bummer, the hot tub was out of order. The kids loved the pool, but the pool itself was falling apart. Large cracks, actually a few holes in the concrete, they reported that there were actual small piles of stone in the corners. Weird.

Hot tub jets didn't really work and there was lots of sand in the hot tub. A few new cardio machines are needed in the fitness room. Nice staff and good location. Although I'd consider it an "average" property, we'd stay again for a reasonable rate.

I paid $116 for this room. The room was very nice itself. I will say clean well kept I will say on the other hand though there is no Jets working in the hot tub which is half of the reason I chose this hotel over others is because of the hot tub Very disappointed. Additionally, the room I slept in had a unit on the wall to control the temperature in the room. It had off cool and heat modes. I put mine on heat and set temp to 76 and all that thing did was blow out cold air. My room was freezing cold all night and all day I will say for $116 I would rather slept in my car. It would've been cheaper and just about as cold.

My stay was good , up until half way through my stay they shut down the pool and the gym and laundry area for construction. It was so loud during breakfast, I took my food up to my room. If I knew i could have made other arrangements. All in all this hotel was good bedsides this . The staff is also wonderful.

Staff is pleasant and helpful. Construction in Lobby was inconvenient; we booked a planned longer stay to relax—pool wasn’t open, water only warm in our room. While Mgr offered another room, as two people taking a break from packing for a major personal move, we passed on the offer. All in all, taking one night’s fee off our bill would’ve gone a long way.

The pool and hot tub were out of commission due to renovations. The A/C was loud so I had to turn it off for the night. The window had a torn screen so I couldn't keep it open for bugs to fly in. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. They started construction on the lobby at 7 am which disrupted my breakfast.

Our room was disgusting and had a broken telephone. The bathtub wouldn't drain properly to the point that I had to go to the front desk and get a plunger to get it to drain at all otherwise we would stand in 6 " of standing water. The front desk rep said she would tell the GM about our issues, bathroom being unclean (toilet wasn't cleaned - urine stained and pubic hairs under the lid) along with the tub issues. We tried to call the front desk only to find that there was no cord from the phone to the wall! Then when we went to make the pull out couch into a bed there were no linens at all in the room and when we went to the front desk to ask for them, we were made to feel that this was an inconvenience for them to get them for us. The tub issue was the worst, we were supposed to leave to tailgate at the Packers game at 8:30am but since I had to plunge the tub just to get it to drain for us to be able to shower, we couldn't leave the hotel until 11am on Sunday morning. This was unacceptable. I asked the front desk person to talk to the GM on Sunday and she said she would. When we checked out on Monday no one had done so, so I had them call the GM and they approved them to take $100 off our bill. This is still unacceptable to us. I feel that I should still be refunded more than just $100 because I had to do all the work to plunge the disgusting tub and it cost me hours of time that I should have been spending having fun with friends that I was meant to be doing.

Hands down THE DIRTIEST property I’ve ever stayed in. I was checked into room 227 on 10/23. Once I entered the room, the closer I looked, the worse it got. Not a single surface had been wiped down. Then as I’m studying the bead I can see one side looks more wrinkly than the other- then I pull the comforter back and could clearly see that the sheets didn’t get changed. I went down to the lobby and they switched me to room 229. Also dirty. Not a single surface wiped down; and the surfaces had obvious food residue and grease on them. At least I could tell the bedding had been changed. (HOPEFULLY). The most disturbing night of “almost” rest. Disgusting. I will NEVER stay with Best Western again. I thought I was staying in a quality property. It was a clear reminder why I pay $250 a night to stay somewhere. The only good thing about the prop was the nice staff.

Breakfast items were poor. Displeased you no longer have a waffle maker. Bathroom could use a deep cleaning. Paint splattered and messy whenever the last time the bathroom was painted. Corners and trim need attention. Spider in the corner ceiling of the shower. Also, not comfortable at all when it is zero degrees outside and you check into your room with no heat!!!!

The room is really beautiful with the view of water. However the fridge was so noisy and unplugged it to sleep. No wifi in my room on the first floor. I needed to work so it was a huge issue. The staff told that was normal on the first floor but I could used the lobby. Unfortunately the wifi was poor at the lobby too. No more help from the staff. The breakfast was empty at 7:15. I waited 30 minutes but I just took a coffee.

Staff was amazing throughout my stay. Not only friendly at check-in and breakfast, they assisted me getting cutlery for my evening take-out order. My favorite staff interaction was as I was checking out and the housekeeping staff thanked me for staying and they enjoyed having me there.

Staff did not tell me at check in that the room type I reserved was not available. I found out when I opened door to room and found out it was not a suite. Went back to desk and was told the room I wanted people overstayed. No apology no offer of compensation for price difference.i asked for refund and was denied one

We checked in pretty late but the woman at the counter was so incredibly friendly and hospitable. She offered my friends and me cookies and complimentary waters. She informed us about breakfast and the hotels free amenities without sounding like a scripted pitch. My husband and I discussed how warm and welcoming she was after check in. It really made our stay and we plan to seek out the same hotel again in our future travels

One of the best hotel in the Appleton area. The lady that covered the breakfast area was very polite / welcoming and helpful.Kept the area very very clean. Also, always had a smile on her face.

Extremely disappointed. We had 4 rooms in our group, 3 made reservations a month in advance. One of our rooms stayed a night before the rest of us. When we arrived we wanted to check in early but were not able to so we just put luggage in the room that our in laws stayed in the night before and went to our event. The front desk told us we could check in anytime after 3 as long as it was before 4 am. When we returned to check in at 8:30 there were no rooms available. The clerk said that Expedia had overbooked the hotel. After some checking the front desk was able to come up with 2 rooms. We were 2 hours from home and too tired to drive so we took the 2 rooms and were going to share with the others in our group. I went back to the front desk at 10 to request a cot again. At this time I was told they had a room but it was still being cleaned. So we went and moved our stuff to our room when they had finished cleaning it. By the time we got in our room it was 10:30. The heat didn’t work in our room and it had not been vacuumed. The staff was very friendly and I felt bad for the few who were there having to deal with all the problems.

Great hotel. Close to mall and airport. Many options of interior, carpet, towels, bedding etc looked brand new. Clean spacious rooms. Front desk clerk was helpful and polite. There had been an issue with finding my reservation, so was given a room upgrade for the inconvenience and in the end the problem turned out to be an error on my part. Will definitely stay there again.

Great value for a one night stay before flying out of Appleton the next morning! Quick, friendly check in, clean and spacious room, nice variety of breakfast options. Would definitely consider staying here again at the rate we got.

This hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to the Fox River Mall so the dining options seemed endless! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location was good and close to the airport. Breakfast was basic but multiple choices. Also not far from the Airventure in Oshkosh. Overall was a fine facility to rest after long day at the show.

Stayed here while in town for some Timber Rattlers games. Hotel is in walking distance to the stadium. Very nice and well kept up. Has a nice sitting area and patio. Convinient location. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. Would definitley stay here again when in the area.

Appears there was a little construction before I got there. There was all kinds of things on the rug. There for 3 days, never was it vacuumed. I don't think the cleaning staff was on my floor for all 3 days. No coffee in the morning. One day i took decaf, ran to the car and took my first sip on the run. It was cold....

Everything was fine. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a little bare - eggs, waffles, cereal, packaged yogurt, not much fruit selection. The towels are a bit thin, but otherwise, it was good value for the price. Had no safety issues, staff was very helpful.

One of the best hotel in the Appleton area. The lady that covered the breakfast area was very polite / welcoming and helpful.Kept the area very very clean. Also, always had a smile on her face.

The room was decent and clean and renovated. However, the hallway carpets I don’t think were vacuumed the three days we were ther. breakfast the first day, even though there was an hour to go yet was pretty bad. The waffle batter was water, literally, and the eggs were sitting in about inch of water. we skipped the next day breakfast since we didn’t want to go back, the third day it was better. We put the placard on the door saying we would like our room made up, just wanted clean towels, at 8 o’clock in the morning, When we left the hotel at 3 PM, we asked at the desk for clean towels to be brought up, when we got back to the hotel at 10 they still were not there.

Went to breakfast at about 8:15 on a Saturday morning, and food was pretty much gone. Two pieces of bread left and pancakes. Was not restocked during the 20 min we sat down there. Overall, was a good stay.

I paid $116 for this room. The room was very nice itself. I will say clean well kept I will say on the other hand though there is no Jets working in the hot tub which is half of the reason I chose this hotel over others is because of the hot tub Very disappointed. Additionally, the room I slept in had a unit on the wall to control the temperature in the room. It had off cool and heat modes. I put mine on heat and set temp to 76 and all that thing did was blow out cold air. My room was freezing cold all night and all day I will say for $116 I would rather slept in my car. It would've been cheaper and just about as cold.
