I think overall the place was good. I really did not like that this place had a wierd smell. Because of this, we wont even consider staying here again.

This hotel is basically an apartment complex with rooms they couldn't lease out, so they have turned the unleased rooms into hotel rooms. They do clean the room before and after your stay like a normal hotel, but if you want your room cleaned in the middle of the trip, they will charge you for that. They do provide everything you will need to keep the place clean. The room has a full kitchen and washer/dryer, which makes it great for long trips. When you are at the pool, you are in the heart of the city.

Great place to stay in the downtown phoenix area. There was still some construction happening but it did not impact our experience. Compared to a hotel stay this was much preferred as there were two bedrooms and each had their own bathroom plus the in-unit laundry. We were there to move our son into college just a couple blocks away. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
