The beds were full size not queens as requested. The room was clean, and well kept. I was a little put off by having to park my car at the other end of the building from my room. I was also upset that the restaurant kitchen was closed for remodeling. We had stayed here a few years ago, and had fond memories of the restaurant. I hope it will be open again before our next visit. I hope in the future that whomever makes the decisions on the motel, reconsiders the coffee that is in the rooms, I know its complimentary but it is by far the worst coffee we ever tried to drink By all means if you need help choosing a new one please contact me.

Friendly staff. Location is excellent. Rooms perfect for all needs. Extended stay is relaxing with lovely pool . Elevators of you can’t do stairs. Will always stay if I need a place close to Hot Springs . Best rate and best place. On site small general store for the little things. Absolute quiet from pool after 10pm. No worries. Cleaning staff excellent. Problems are addressed . Management hands on. Currently under Renovation for bar and food service. Fast food on either side fur late snacking. Delivery from local restaurants is handy. But room with fridge and microwave.

We were not expecting the 4 Seasons but this hotel was far below our expectations. Run down, restaurant closed, no breakfast. But what really broke it for us was that the floor of our room had not been mopped in a long time. We spilled so water and mopped it up with a towel, the towel came back black as soot. My wife refused to even spend one night and we left immediately and went to a nicer placer right up the street.

We had a nice Non-Smoking 2 double bedroom at the Magnuson, you could tell that the owners were improving the property, but the floors were very dirty. My bare feet felt sticky and when I put on socks they got dirty. There was visible dirt on the bathroom floor behind the door and around the toilet and tub. There were cigarette burn marks on the tub. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The room showed clear water damage on the ceiling, with parts of the ceiling hanging down, and half of the curtains were stained. Additionally, my reservation was for a king bed for two people, but at check-in I was told the only available option was a room with two double beds. This was especially inconvenient when traveling with a spouse.

Hotel has under the name of "Magnuson Hotel" Dingy wash cloths towels. Stained tub. Stains on carpet. Black grainy material in bath water. No soap, no shampoo. Did not clean room on second day. This property is outdated and dirty. The carpet had a spot that looked like was eaten by acid. The bathroom was filthy and the towels were stained. I have pics, not sure I’m able to post them on this sight. It’s a place to lay your head, that’s about it.

Room was super outdated and nasty. There was cobwebs in ever corner of each room near ceilings. Cobwebs behind end tables so thick it would catch anything that fell behind there. Toilet seat barely attached to toilet. Hair on walls in bath/shower area. Refrigerator bot working. Area outside door was covered in trash, spills on walkway and smelt like puke. Room way overpriced for what you got. Will not ever stay here again!

This is our second time staying. Wasn't bad. Beds were like a rock, but was cleaner this go around. Not sure about the outside pool, didn't go swimming. The front desk workers were very nice and answered all my questions

I booked 2 rooms in 1 room the TV and the toilet didn’t work in the 2nd room there was a cobweb in the corner. The staff was pleasant and lobby was clean and tidy I did appreciate that they could accommodate us at the last minute

check in ladies were excellent and helped me get an online registration but plumbing problems, lumpy pillows and a little more through cleaning needed. unfortunately, yelling/screaming residents on upper floor and stomping up and down stairs as well as slamming doors @ 1:30am totally destroyed my sleep..

But what really broke it for us was that the floor of our room had not been mopped in a long time. We spilled so water and mopped it up with a towel, the towel came back black as soot. My wife refused to even spend one night and we left immediately and went to a nicer placer right up the street.

The beds were full size not queens as requested. The room was clean, and well kept. I was a little put off by having to park my car at the other end of the building from my room. I was also upset that the restaurant kitchen was closed for remodeling. We had stayed here a few years ago, and had fond memories of the restaurant. I hope it will be open again before our next visit. I hope in the future that whomever makes the decisions on the motel, reconsiders the coffee that is in the rooms, I know its complimentary but it is by far the worst coffee we ever tried to drink By all means if you need help choosing a new one please contact me.

Hotel has under the name of "Magnuson Hotel" Dingy wash cloths towels. Stained tub. Stains on carpet. Black grainy material in bath water. No soap, no shampoo. Did not clean room on second day. Shower did not work, had to call maintaince to turn off bathtub. Breakfast? cereal. Mini donuts, coffee. Restaurant closed. We will never stay at this property again. Note, I stayed here years ago and it was a nice place, good restaurant, friendly staff. Looks like years of neglect and poor property management. Fix up this property, or it will fail.

Friendly staff. Location is excellent. Rooms perfect for all needs. Extended stay is relaxing with lovely pool . Elevators of you can’t do stairs. Will always stay if I need a place close to Hot Springs . Best rate and best place. On site small general store for the little things. Absolute quiet from pool after 10pm. No worries. Cleaning staff excellent. Problems are addressed . Management hands on. Currently under Renovation for bar and food service. Fast food on either side fur late snacking. Delivery from local restaurants is handy. But room with fridge and microwave.
