All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 18%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Israel Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 18%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Israel.
• Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Late check-in fee: 3-percent of room rate for check-in between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM
