This was definitely a pros verses cons type of hotel. Pros- The property was well kept up and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and the beds provided comfort. Cons- The rooms are crazy noisey expecially if you room faces the main road. The floors poorly constructed and you hear every step like some one was stomping. We booked this hotel based on The photos of the beautiful Pool and Hotub. Unfortunately the location of the pool couldnt be worse. No one should have to walk across a patnkongnlot to get to the pool ! stopping

The hotel was nice but there had been a dust storm and the hot tubs were out of commission. We were super bummed that they did not get them cleaned so the hot tub could be enjoyed during the weekend.

Check in was horrible. Young man was on his cell phone while checking us in. When asked whete elevator was, he just pointed. Elevator was extremely slow, stairs were outside if we decided to use them. Never stay here again

We had a nice stay, rooms are clean and comfortable. There are no closets, though, no storage for your clothing. Also, the pool/hot tub were not working and are located across the parking lot.

Pool is one of the best I've been to in Moab so far. Rooms are nice and spacious. No gym though which was a bummer - i think the GravityHaus locations in ski towns have way more amenities from what I can tell. I'd stay here again though

The property was good. They did not let us know if they offered room cleaning during our stay, and they did not clean it while we were out. They did not clean out the fridge from the prior guests so we had smelly food in our room. For a newer property, I thought the cleanliness and service would have been better.

Charged extra for my dog, more than the actual room charge. Good thing we did have our dog because he found 2 pair of dirty underwear. Front desk did nothing about it, said they would talk with the cleaning staff. Disappointed to say the least

Loved the attached gear shop and the available hydration packets. Shower was a little dirty with mildew and pink stains. Manageable since it was an outdoor trip stay but unexpected for a “nicer hotel”. Despite the shower situation I would stay again.

Very clean hotel, super comfortable bed and pillows, large room, beautiful pool. It was an amazing stay and I 10/10 recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town.

no coffee, people with dogs and bikes in rooms, howling and barking til 10 pm and in the morning. Rugs and furniture in the room had spots and dog hairs that stuck to your clothing.

Very nice, roomy, and comfortable room. Only real complaint is that it was a little noisy. You could hear the trucks go by as our window was on the main street and the a/c unit was a little loud, as well.

Spacious room with a really comfortable bed. I actually think this was the best bed of the two week trip we were on. I slept great. Modern and new and really well thought out. Comfortable couch and table with chairs made our stay really excellent. Coffee in room was actually good. Amazing stay for us. Thank you.

We really liked this hotel. Clean & spacious room, great bed & pillows. I liked the full vanity outside the bathroom so you could get ready while your spouse was showering. (Bathroom had a sink too). Great shower, with good water pressure. next door to a grocery store. no breakfast, but had coffee. Lots of free parking.

We booked 5 nights at the hotel. The first night we woke up at 4 am due to the traffic outside of our window. We could hear a Tesla passing by. The windows for some reason are not sealed properly. We asked to move to another room which they were very kind to do so and also move our luggage to the new room. As for Cleaning the room you need to request it. We’ve asked to have our room cleaned every other day. Since we’ve moved to another room they didn’t cleaned our room. We’ve asked the receptionist at the end of our 3rd night to have our cleaned. At the end of the following day we’ve arrived after spending yet another day outdoors hiking, off roading etc. only to come to a room that was not touched at all. That was a big disappointment. Moab at this time of the year is very muddy so you can imagine the send on the floors after 4 days.

Upscale yet practical hotel in the middle of Moab. Their spacious room has a second sink in the main room with an electric kettle and glassware. Location is perfect for exploring Moab. Friendly staff!

The room was nice and was very spacious. The layout was different then most but i could easily see why the need for 2 sink areas, 1 in the bathroom and the other behind the door as you enter. Unfortunately i didn't get to use the pool due to arriving late. The bed has to be the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in at a hotel, very impressed. The only flaws i can point out were the fact you had to insert a room key to turn on lights and the neighbor stomping, but that wasn't the hotels fault. Honesty i highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel. Our room was right against the road though. So it was quite loud from road traffic. Another nit pick is the rooms have HD TVs. However the cable they’ve got set up is not HD. So every channel is just blurry. Might wanna jump into 2024 and get a tv with a remote that has Netflix or other streaming access. We ended up just plugging in our laptop to the tv. But rooms are great size. Great beds. Great showers. With the overhead. Would stay for sure again

Don't get a room on the street. Very noisy. No closet (a silly climbing way to hang you clothes). Main sink in the room. Who designs these places??

The staff and Manager were extraordinarily helpful interfacing with Expedia Customer Service/Insurance. We needed to reduce our stay from 2 days to 1. Would not purchase insurance through Expedia again. Read the fine print. Loved our stay at the Hotel. Will come again. Thank you

The room and the pool area were great! Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of room, nice shower. The kids and I spent at least an hour in the pool and hot tub (towels available by the pool). The fire pit was nice to have on a cool night. My only complaint is that we waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes to get checked in because no one was there. There was a sign asking us to wait, but when she finally emerged from the elevator, all we received was a "thanks for waiting" that was insincere at best. She quickly checked us in and sent us on our way. We'd stay again, but the front desk staff needs some customer service training.

Thought we try a different hotel. The property is clean. It was near the Arches National Park, about 9 mins. But we were very disappointed with the receptionist' service of us when we came in. No one was in the lobby, I was calling "hello" few times and even went to the restaurant area hoping somebody will let us know if somebody is coming. It took that receptionist few more minutes before attending to us knowing we were there already. Even when we checked out, she didn't even ask how was our stay. Not even a thank you or have a good day! The place itself is clean, but pricey and poor service and not accomodating front desk. We will definitely not going to recommend this place to friends or family because of front desk poor service. Better to stay again to Springhill Suites with free breakfast.

We loved this hotel; great location, easy parking, comfortable beds, great shower, and relaxing hot tub! We had great service from Shawn…quick check in, provided us with ice/water and helped us with our TV remote. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Moab!

We had a fantastic experience! The staff were helpful and friendly to our dog. The lobby was filled with informative flyers for local activities and hikes. The location was perfect for walking down Main Street. The hotel had many guests, but somehow it was completely quiet at night.

Mountia view from third floor was excellent. Accommodating to our dog. Coffe / tea in the lobby was welome addition to morning. Center of town made it convenient to restaurants and shopping. Get location for touring the National parks. Room was spacious and clean.

Reception staff were a bit miserable. Lovely rooms and pool area. Had a room on the front and the noise from the road was loud but i'm a heavy sleeper and it didn't bother me. Was advertised as having a coffee shop which was shut. Read comment from management saying staff will tell you where you can get breakfast, but he point is i probably would have chosen somewhere else if i had known this beforehand.

We've stayed at this property previously and enjoyed the stay. We were very disappointed that the restaurant was no longer operating which was not pointed out in the website which still included a description of the restaurant. We look for properties that have a restaurant onsite when booking reservations and as such would not have booked this stay had it been clear that the restaurant was no longer operating. Coffee in the lobby would have been an appreciated offset.

This hotel is beautifully updated. The room was spacious and the decor was fantastic. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The lobby smelled delightful, and the coffee shop made a great latte. We enjoyed the pool area, it had two hot tubs (which were actually hot) and a couple of fire pits and sitting areas. The hotel wasn’t quite as close to restaurants as some other properties, but we were still able to walk to get a few drinks in the evening. The one and only downfall was the road noise, but this is true of almost all the hotels in Moab. It wasn’t enough to put a damper on our stay. We go to Moab frequently, and we will definitely be returning to the beautiful property!
