We didn’t get our 2 double beds as book. Instead we received a double bed…they said they didn’t have availability but I did see through Hotels.com they did..

the parking was excellent...lots of parking space. The breakfast was fine...a complimentary breakfast is always nice though..lots of hotels are offering that now so it is a consideration when we are travelling.

We came for an overnight but if we get the chance later, we’ll stay again. Perhaps at a warmer time of year. Staff of hotel and restaurant were all delightfully competent and friendly. The amenities were good and rooms were spic and span. The ATM wasn’t acceptable by our US bank. The only “wish I had” was actual drinking glasses in our room. We had coffee mugs and wine glasses. The worked, but. . . .

Stayed here for the first time. My mother and I travel the Maritimes on my time off. We have encountered friendly staff before. But here every aspect was carefully thought out. When I checked in everything was explained regarding amenities and where to find them. The spa is owned separately I will review that in another area but A+ as well. This place is renovated. Room are actually renovated not just a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom was nice! I'm a woman with long hair water pressure was great! Room was clean. Parking was easy . We will be returning!

This hotel presents itself as upscale. That may have been true at one time, but unfortunately, it no longer reflects today’s reality. The hallway leading to my room was in very ordinary condition. It is clearly overdue for renovations. The furniture was badly damaged, and the bathroom was acceptable, but nothing more. What I find especially unacceptable in 2026 is having a weak Internet signal. On top of that, the available TV channels were mostly American. Aren’t we in Canada? Following my complaint, I was offered a $25 credit, which I did not use. My goal was not to receive compensation, but rather to let people know that this hotel, despite having good staff, is not living up to the image it projects. The staff was courteous, but the property clearly needs serious attention and major renovations.
