At check in, very friendly and invited us to wine and cheese at 7pm. We received a call in our room about 10 to 7pm to remind us of the event and personally invited us down again! Very nice touch! There was a great turn out for the event and very pleasant hospitality! Rooms clean and updated, small for 4 adults. Sack breakfast for sale if needed.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for us. They have a complimentary wine, cheese and crackers.you can get coffee, hot apple cider whenever you want.

My stay here was mostly positive. I was out early and back late most days. The bed was comfy and I had plenty of room to make microwave meals and use my laptop. Loved having access to the sauna, but if the 3 times I checked for availability I could only use it once. The one time they were going to call my room when it died up but I learned later that my phone was unplugged. When I plugged it back in it was always making the busy signal as if it were of the hook., so it was broken and explained why it was unplugged. The fireplace never worked either, a staff member tried to get that working for me which I appreciated but no luck. And finally the bathroom ceiling fan didn't work, when I reported it, it was fixed. Overall, I felt it was a good location for me, getting in and out was super easy and I didn't mind waking 10-15 minutes to the return for coffee and dinner. It felt welcoming and the staff were very nice, but the rooms felt a little neglected.

We were not able to check in until after 4pm which after a long day of driving was a bit of a bummer. The staff was polite and our room was nice but there were big trees blocking the beautiful mountain view. Overall I would stay there again
