Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern. Pool and hot tub clean and warm, not overcrowded. Breakfast was simple basic but cooked perfect and eating area spacious and clean and not crowded. Work out room is tiny with two machines only. The stairs are cold and smell like smoke. The elevator is slow and only one. Overall a top choice and one of the best in price range.

It was quiet and clean. All the staff was excellent. Breakfast was meh, but worked. Loved the pool and hot tub. Especially appreciated front desk staff and the pool guy.

The rooms are very big. There is free parking. Breakfast is well replenished. Very pleased. After our stay in Home 2 Suites by Hilton we were very disappointed.

Staff was very nice. Inside of hotel was clean. We walked across street to eat. It was nice that they ordered a Lyft to pick us up to take to the airport and hotel paid for it.

We needed a place to spend the day before our midnight flight from Anchorage. I couldn’t find an available day hotel so I called and enquired. We would be arriving in Anchorage around 11:00 AM hoping to be able to check in early. She said it might be possible but she couldn’t guarantee. They would be able to store our luggage if we couldn’t check in. Turned out that we could check in. I’d reserved a suite as it was a larger room and there were 7 in our party. They didn’t have any problem with that. With a Walmart close we bought lunch foods. There were 2 queen beds and a sofa which allowed us to lie down, sleep or play on our devices. We could charge them since there were sockets conveniently available. The hotel doesn’t have shuttles, per se, but they have free transportation to and from the airport in vehicles within 15 minutes of your departure time to the airport. This was very convenient as two of our group needed to leave several hours before the rest of us. There was a mini fridge and microwave. A large table/desk. Plenty of room for our luggage. Overall a very good place to stay for the 12 hours we were there.

The room was big and clean and we loved that. This hotel is not convenient unless you have a vehicle. The complimentary Lyft ride to the airport was appreciated.

Rooms were clean, quiet & comfortable. Instead of a shuttle they provided airport to hotel transportation through Lyft.

Bed was too firm. Tub is too small. Towel bars barely hanging on the wall. Only 1 coffee for two people. Handicapped room requested. Put in 3 rd floor no handicapped room.pool stinks from urine

I recommend this property. It was clean & safe albeit expensive ($500/night for 2 queen beds). The free breakfast was very good -- sort of standard fare but all was clean and the staff efficient. Plenty of room in the dining area, too. The hotel no longer has its own airport shuttle but schedules & pays for a Lyft ride instead. The Lyft driver was there right on time so this option worked well for me.

The floor is dirty under the bed. We kept sneezing from the dusty floor under the bed.

Was alittle dirty when I got into the room and smelt like food or someone has been in the room.

The room was full of stains. All over the couch and the tables. Windows were disgusting. The hallways smelled like weed. I felt unsafe and gross. The room was very unsanitary feeling. The lobby was clean and service was very understanding when we asked for a refund.

Pulled out the sofa bed and it was covered in stains and the floor was covered in trash.

My family and I had 2 rooms. The room I was in, was very warm. The heater wouldnt turn off. But the room my aunt was in, was cooler. We ended up switching rooms to both our comfort. But I am sure there are others who arent as understanding.

We had a one night stay as we were leaving for Whittier to catch our cruise. The hotel is close to restaurants, Walmart and all are a convenient close walk to get to. The hotel has a pool (bonus), very spacious rooms with bar fridge, seating area, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommend for one or more days.......

Although it was not the front desk clerks' fault, no manager was on duty apparently, but we stood in line for 45 minutes to an hour waiting to check in. The couple in front of us, the clerk could not find the reservation, then the CC machine would not work so she asked them for cash, then an intoxicated male and female started to argue in the lobby, which was dirty, the room key machine would not make key cards so she was having to let people in their rooms....we did NOT stay and left to find another hotel after a six hour drive. Management was nonexistent and left the poor front desk girl on her own.

Checkout says 12pm in the app but housekeeping harassed us starting at 10:45am when my husband was coming off night shift and tried to sleep in. Front desk said checkout time recently changed to 11am but we could stay until noon. Put up do not disturb sign but housekeeping kept knocking anyway asking if we were leaving and could they come in

The thing that I really like about this hotel is the staff. They are always friendly when you approach them and assist whenever possible. It's very nice to walk in from being out and get a greeting with a smile.

She asked me to collect it (I feel she should have brought the ID to me). When I walked into the room I could smell urine. Later that evening I went to let in my guest, the front desk night staff (a different person) was very rude and demanded my name and room number as I was waiting for the elevator- I went done at 3am for a snack where he was rude once more, he never once greeted me, thanked me, or even smiled at me. He looked as if I was a chore or a bad smell, even though I had actually not asked for any assistance from him. Finally, check out was at 12, I requested a 1pm late check out, which was granted, however housekeeping came to my door at 11:30 asking me about checkout, except all she could say to me was, “I don’t speak English, checkout?”. Finally when I tried getting into my room at 11:45 my key would not work. So, for the $200 I paid for the night- I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. The breakfast was ok- but the spout for the juice didn’t work and the staff had an entire conversation about management giving the staff the money to buy a new spout. I won’t be staying at spring hill suites again. The only good thing about the hotel was the person I spent the stay with and the fun we had together.

Super friendly staff, definitely coming back

Mostly an unpleasant experience. First, maximum rate for a room and was expecting a nice room with good views for that price. However, the experience was much below my expectations. The room I had had a single window with the porch roof adjacent to the window, hiding the lower half of the window, not only obstructing the view (basically no views) but also creating a darker room environment as there was not enough light from the only window in the room. I reported the issue to the staff within 10 minutes of check-in. I talked to Justina, the PM shift supervisor. She said she couldn't move me to another room but said, "What else can be done"? I requested a discount as the room was much below the expectations compared to the price paid. She said the morning shift manager can only deal with it. No one called the next morning, so at 9:15 AM, I talked to Angelica. She played ignorant about the issue and said there were no PM staff notes and the supervisor was busy with whole-day meetings. I requested her to add notes about the issue. At checkout, I could talk to Doma, a manager. She walked with me to the room and saw the situation. I requested her to look into discounts due to such an unpleasant experience. By the way, the hotel surroundings were unsafe, too; I saw multiple homeless people walking in the parking lot. Walking back and forth from the car in the parking lot to the hotel is scary. I sincerely hope for a decent refund to compensate for such a bad experience.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was near restaurants (driving or walking), as well as near the airport. It was clean, desk clerks were friendly. Area was fine.

Great hotel, very comfortable. Definitely had homeless etc walking through parking lot at night so I was a little concerned about my car, but good stay in general.

Staff was great! The gentleman that was running breakfast was outstanding! The room is nice. TV was not where i would place it, but that is totally a personal preference. Breakfast was good. Scrabbled eggs, sausage, wafflss, oatmeal, cereals , etc.

We needed a place to stay on our drive from Homer to Denali and we wanted some place close to restaurants and maybe something for July 4. The room was spacious and very clean. It was the cleaniest room of our Alaska trip. We did not have a view out our window, but you have views on every drive you take around town. Their hot breakfast was cook, sausage, eggs, and salse. If you want to stay in Midtown, this is an excellent choice.
