Hotel/room was very clean & new. Staff was very customer-friendly. All rooms only have a sheet on the bed. Some rooms have a blanket stored in the wall unit. If not, ask for one. You’ll also have to request a blow drier, soap for the shower, & extra towels if your room needs more then 2. The surrounding area was safe & well-kept.

They are understaffed. We waited more than 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. It wasn’t her fault. She had multiple duties but since the self check-in kiosk was out of order, they should have had someone at the front desk. It’s clean but bare bones. Bed is very firm, not comfy. I guess in a pinch it would work but not fun for a getaway.

Convenience of getting into the facility with bagage, very difficult. One ice machine on the bottom floor. The room lacked basic amenities. No Kleenex, blow dryer, do not disturb sign to name a few. The facility is very clean because its 3 weeks old. I liked the full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Big TV.

Very spartan. It looked from the website that this was going to be an equipped kitchenette with traditional hotel amenities, but when we got there, there were no utensils, no glasses and only one little bar of soap, scanty towels, and no maid service during our three day day. I called ahead to make sure that the room would be ADA compliant. It was. But just barely. However, because there are no automatically opening doors to get in and out of the facility, it’s extremely hard for anyone who is pushing the wheelchair-bound loved one in and out of those doors to open the doors (which were sticky and heavy) and get the wheelchaired person in. There were no other people around in the lobby to help. The lobby was rarely staffed. We realized from the website that there would not be a breakfast bar or anything. There were a couple of vending machines. On the plus side, it was clean and safe and a relatively new building. It was in a good location for what we needed to do in Orem and Vineyard.

I have been at LivAway for 2 weeks going on 3 weeks and it’s easily the best long term stay hotel I’ve ever been too. I travel for work and I’m usually on a project from 6 weeks to 24 weeks. Everyone is professional, the property is ultra clean, and you can even get deliveries to the hotel. My room has good kitchenette and a dish washer. The laundromat cost was reasonable when compared to big laundromats. I’m grateful for my experience so far.

If you go to the bathroom at night, find another option. The bathroom lights are motion activated and even if you turn them off before entering they turn on and blind you again after 5-10 seconds. Really bad idea!! Also, there’s a small stovetop, but no pan or cooking utensils. Otherwise nice and comfortable. Full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

The room was clean and very simple, but not cozy or comfortable at all. The beds were not comfortable. There was only a thin blanket with a sheet and the pillows were way too puffy which gave me a kink in my neck. The window only had blinds but no curtains or blackout curtains to help keep light out. It felt like our room was light all night. Needless to say, I didn’t get a good night sleep and did not feel comfortable. There also was no breakfast options offered. The address on the bottom of the email took me 20+ minutes away to an office building. Got the same price, I can get a more comfortable room with breakfast and a better experience.

Walls, windows, and doors all thin. Could hear every door down the hall way slam. Room beside mine i believe the door slammed shut around 15-20 times between 9pm and 130am while i was trying to sleep. People reving their car motors at 2 am right outside my room window and could hear normal conversations by the window like you were with the individuals outside.

Property was newer and in great condition. Room was clean and well laid out. We stayed two nights. The first night was horrible. The room above is sounded like they had a pickle ball game going on with running and jumping going on until way after midnight and starting again at six am. Front desk claims no one was in room. 2nd night was better as the noise only lasted until 8 pm or so. Come to find out it was probably dogs in the room running around. We know exactly who the guests were as we saw them coming and going. We’d stay again but only on the top floor.

Room beside mine i believe the door slammed shut around 15-20 times between 9pm and 130am while i was trying to sleep. People reving their car motors at 2 am right outside my room window and could hear normal conversations by the window like you were with the individuals outside.

Very spartan. It looked from the website that this was going to be an equipped kitchenette with traditional hotel amenities, but when we got there, there were no utensils, no glasses and only one little bar of soap, scanty towels, and no maid service during our three day day. I called ahead to make sure that the room would be ADA compliant. It was. But just barely. However, because there are no automatically opening doors to get in and out of the facility, it’s extremely hard for anyone who is pushing the wheelchair-bound loved one in and out of those doors to open the doors (which were sticky and heavy) and get the wheelchaired person in. There were no other people around in the lobby to help. The lobby was rarely staffed. We realized from the website that there would not be a breakfast bar or anything. There were a couple of vending machines. On the plus side, it was clean and safe and a relatively new building. It was in a good location for what we needed to do in Orem and Vineyard.

Everything was great! Spotlessly clean and new. The bed was comfortable, I slept great. The location was good too. Close to what we needed but not in the middle of busy, noisy, city streets.

The room was clean and very simple, but not cozy or comfortable at all. The beds were not comfortable. There was only a thin blanket with a sheet and the pillows were way too puffy which gave me a kink in my neck. The window only had blinds but no curtains or blackout curtains to help keep light out. It felt like our room was light all night. Needless to say, I didn’t get a good night sleep and did not feel comfortable. There also was no breakfast options offered. The address on the bottom of the email took me 20+ minutes away to an office building. Got the same price, I can get a more comfortable room with breakfast and a better experience.
