Just over bad experience. Said bar and restaurant but neither. Sais breakfast. None. Took almost 20 minutes to get the water hot in the room to shower. Had to go to front desk 3 times to gerlt room keys to work when we got their. Checked out 2 days early and they didnt care. Will not stay their again

We tried to cancel but weren't allowed, so paid for rooms we didn't use. Family in the area notified us of filthy rooms, poor food. Comments were condoms on the floor, beds made but with used sheets, mold, dirt, bugs. Then at 2am we got called to ask if we were still coming. That was intentional. Not at all happy!!!!!!

Our flight got in Late so at 2.30am we arrived at the hotel and the front desk said that the system did not allow to check. So in order to stay we need to pay again for the night. We traveled a lot and this is the first time,l confronting this situation.
