I liked the full kitchen. I did not know the refrigerator was turned off till I realized my food/drinks were not staying cold. The room was not ready at 3 PM for me to check-in. I had to wait about 30 minutes and when they said it was ready. went upstairs and the room was still being cleaned so I had to wait in the hallway for 10 more minutes. Other than that the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and a laundry area.

Was very clean and quiet. Will not stay again. Bef and pillows very uncomfortable. No hand towels, only two small pillows for two adults. No ice machine. No utensil’s, cups etc in room even though it had stove top microwave and fridge. Not as pictured space wise..

Room was clean, Lobby was clean, I felt safe with the doors locked 24 hours. The building was solid. I didn’t hear a train (right next to the tracks) at all during my stay unless I was outside.

No continental breakfast, but free coffee in the lobby 24/7. The laundry room is a bit expensive, and there is no quarter machine. There is the option for mobile pay laundry, but it doesn't work. High turnover here. But it is generally affordable, clean, and has kind, friendly staff...almost always a new face.

My shower still had conditioner and hair in it from the previous person. The hotel did not supply hand towels or have an ice machine.My room was also very noisy with it being on the side where the railroad tracks are. You don’t initially realize it until the train start running and then it is very disruptive.

No extra toilet paper. Minimal amenities not a problem. Asphalt landscape. Railroad noise was tolerable. Close to coffee options. Easy to find and accessible to get elsewhere. We'd stay here again. Reasonable rates for Missoula.

When I arrived the staff had to go make sure they had a clean room. I was given a room and sent on my way. This was the last time I saw or spoke to an employee of the hotel the rest of my stay. The room was very simple but appeared tidy. But when I walked into the bathroom I found mouse droppings on the countertop. I called the front desk but no answer. I left a message and no call back. I walked down to the front desk and nobody was there. I never did talk to anybody while I was there. There were no bath towels. I was given wash cloths, hand towels and bath mats but no actual towels. I was not expecting a luxury hotel but I do expect a hotel to be clean and to provide towels and customer service for $200 a night. I was very disappointed.

Have stayed at the WoodSpring Suites many times over the last couple of years and it has progressively gotten worse. Property and room cleanliness have steadily declined and guest volume is generally not great. It's fine for the price but there are nicer places near by.

After resetting the card to my room multiple times during check-in (because I couldn’t get in), the staff used their master key.There was someone else staying in the room. It then took ~30 minutes to get them to clean a much smaller room, even though I paid for the larger room. They were going to switch me to a larger room the next day, but a room still wasn’t ready by 2pm. Coming back at 7:30pm, they still made me wait over an hour to move to the larger room. They had some “mopping” problems. (They must use dirty water since our feet became black walking on the floor of the room.) Day 3, we had to get our keys reset because they only made the room for one night. Not enough cleaning crew and they must skip cleaning every other room since my friends checking-in were told they were the sixth ones to check into a dirty room that night. As for amenities: there are only about two irons and ironing boards, and two hair dryers for the entire hotel to borrow from the main desk. Nothing is in the rooms. Oh, and no hand towels are in the rooms.

It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, and the tub was not clean. The bathroom had hair and fingernail or toenail trimmings on the floor. I was too tired to complain, and prayed I didn't get bed bugs. Cheap and quiet is the best compliments that I have. Don't be fooled by the pics.

Front desk staff was great and very busy. The room was not clean, dirty towel over shower, sink had makeup stains all over it, food crumbs on the floor. Toilet handle was broke toilet ran all night. Bed was hard as cardboard. Room smelled of stale meat. We knew the hotel was all booked so asking to switch rooms wasn’t an option.

Terrible hotel! As soon as walking into the check in area we knew we should just leave but gave them a chance. Our room smelled terrible, the window was wide open on the ground floor with no screen so who knows if anyone had been in there and the floor was so sticky that we couldn’t even walk! Only good thing was we went to the front desk and got a full refund! But they did insist that their house cleaners had cleaned the room and it was in great condition—- I don’t think so!!!

I'm a frequent visitor of this hotel. I stay here 2-3 times a month. My only real complaint is the pillows. They are very thin, and you only get two. Makes me want to buy my own pillows for my stays here.

The upstairs people were absolutely awful! I wish I would have said something to the front desk. The hotel was great other than they only have 2 pillows on the queen beds. You are right behind a ton of train tracks, so if you are sensitive to sound, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Clean room. Friendly Staff. Good A/C. Two things I disliked - The room stated "Pet friendly" on expedia. I did not expect any additonal fees since i paid through Expedia in full, none refundable option, but the staff hit me with another fifty dollar pet fee that wasnt stated anywhere. 2nd thing - the bed frame is a little janky, looks to be from China or worse, and made me wonder if it'd hold us on it. It did, but not without letting us know it wasnt happy.

Great room, especially for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen. Good location. Soundproofing between rooms isnt the best, but leaving the fan on helped.

Kitchen has full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and two burner electric stove. There’s no pans, dishes, cups, or utensils. Room temp was good. Know that there’s no shampoo, soap, or Kleenex. You get bedding, toilet paper, and towels…. But the room was very nice.

I wish I could remember the lady’s name that checked us in. She was amazing! We had reserved a room with a King bed and sofa bed, but the room that we got had a Queen bed with no sofa bed. I called down to the front desk, she confirmed that our reservation was messed up, and that there weren’t any King rooms left. As compensation for that, she comped a night of our stay! She was amazing at check out as well. The room itself was okay. It was clean for the most part, the floor could have been cleaner. It felt sticky in some spots. The bed was less than comfortable. Make sure you bring your own blow dryer!

The customer service was awful. When we arrived there was no front counter person and it was closed. When we finally got our room keys, we were given room keys for another couples room. We walked right in and luckily the people were descent. Very unorganized hotel!
The customer service was awful. When we arrived there was no front counter person and it was closed. When we finally got our room keys, we were given room keys for another couples room. We walked right in and luckily the people were descent. Very unorganized hotel!

Our experience started off poorly when we had to wait over ten minutes for the desk clerk to help us as she was on another floor cleaning rooms. We ended up canceling our reservations because the staff couldn’t figure out how to charge the rooms to our credit card.

Staff was friendly and helpful, when they were at the desk. It was hard to get a hold of staff when they were not manning the desk. Had issues with our door not locking properly and guests that had to be removed because they were being unruly. The room was clean and confortable and I liked having a fridge and a place to prepare food. Operates differently than a hotel. More like an apt complex. Don’t stay here if you are looking for a hotel.

Room was clean, Lobby was clean, I felt safe with the doors locked 24 hours. The building was solid. I didn’t hear a train (right next to the tracks) at all during my stay unless I was outside.

Overall a good place for the one night we booked, minus my parents who stayed in another room finding a hair when turning down the bed. Not exactly close to the downtown area of Missoula which is where we spent most of our time, however it was convenient to the airport.

No continental breakfast, but free coffee in the lobby 24/7. The laundry room is a bit expensive, and there is no quarter machine. There is the option for mobile pay laundry, but it doesn't work. High turnover here. But it is generally affordable, clean, and has kind, friendly staff...almost always a new face.

We weren’t aware of what the term “extended stay” means. It’s a very nice place and the room is nice but the amenities are sparse. No coffee in the room, no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, no ice machine, no breakfast, one pillow each. You really need to be prepared to stay here. Not their fault but had we known, we would have chosen a conventional hotel.

There were no cups in the lobby for the coffee maker, but it didn't matter because the coffee maker was out of order! After it was "fixed", it only brewed slightly flavored water. No coffee maker in the room, either.

Make sure this is the property for your needs. It is great to have a large fridge and two burners. There nothing else - no shampoo soap etc. Ask for more towels if you plan to wash your hair. There is coffee in the lobby during specific hours. The staff is helpful
