Beautiful room! Very modern and clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the ice machine. Only 1 for the entire building and on the 1st floor. We didn't find an ice bucket either. Other than that, we would definitely return!

Didn’t get to make it family emergency

We have appreciated everything about our stay in the hotel. Everyone at the front desk was nice and helpful throughout our 3 nights stay. The hotel is brand new and you can see it. Everything is clean, has a moderne touch to it and the room had a lot of space which was really enjoyable. Breakfast was good and varied on a daily basis. The location was ideal to attend the Wyndham classic golf tournament not far away, to visit Charlotte and Durham. We definitely recommend this hotel for a short or a longer stay. Many thanks to the entire team for making this step of our vacation such a great time.

Definitely a great place to stay! Property is absolutely beautiful and felt safe! Checking in was wonderful! Very Friendly Guys! Only downfall is when we got to our assigned room it was a handicapped room, which isn't what I booked. I never book those kind of rooms for my family because I know those rooms are made specifically for those "in need"!! It was late, we we're tired and my husband had a splitting headache so we dealt with the room. It was roomy, the beds were so amazingly comfortable, and the sheets smelled great!! The bathroom counter was very small! The shower area of course was made for a roll in wheelchair which made the shower area bigger but nothing to really stop the water from wetting the whole floor. We made do, the water pressure was on point and plenty of hot water! The towels smelled super fresh!! I did receive an email asking about my check in experience so I left these comments. The next morning at checkout the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the room issue and said they gave me added points to my account. We did not experience the free breakfast, can't comment on that. So all-in-all we truly did have a great nights stay and definitely would stay again and for sure recommend this property to anyone because it's a great place to stay! I just think that the handicapped rooms should be left available for those in need of that type of room, which was the staff's fault for putting us there so that's the reasoning for the 4 star!
