Booked a king bed. They were out of king beds. Staff was not helpful at all and there was absolutely zero customer service or care about providing service. Lady who checked me in was holding a puppy the whole time that was yapping. Took a long time to check in because she was typing with one hand while holding puppy in the other. Low quality. Newer hotel but everything in it felt cheap. No icemaker on property. Was told to go 1 mile to the gas station. Definitely will not stay there again.

Easy free parking, staff didn't bug us, laundry room was clean and great. Very new hotel feels more like an apartment building. Everybody mind their business. I would stay here again anytime.

There was someone in the room we were supposed to be staying in and my daughter had just barely had a baby a day before and her baby was life flighted up to that area so we couldn’t be in the room that we were supposed to be in that we booked so they put us on the fourth floor and their elevators broke and there was no way to get my daughter up or down the stairs. She just had a baby a day prior. There was dogs, barking, and people living in the hotel and outside in camp trailers in motorhomes. It just felt unsafe and with the elevator not working, there was no way to get my daughter up and down those stairs.

The receptionist was barely understandable. We we checked in, she said there were no "keys" left. After several attempts to understand why they had no keys left, we finally understood they had no "kings" left..meaning king beds, which we reserved. She said they had a queen bed and it would be a lot less...it was $3 less. There was no breakfast at all and it was very noisy next to a busy freeway and there were no ice machines in the building nor were there any hair dryers.

Looks like a relatively newer built hotel, but the only vending machines there look like theyre from the 90's with very limited selection. I tried to buy a gatorade and after it spit out a mountian dew I was told "it just does that sometimes, were actually out of gatorade." Doordash cant seem to pin the place, so good luck ordering food and its quite a bit out of the way from almost everything aside from the arcade next door. One of the main reasons I got it was be ause of the mini kitchenette with the stove and everything, but to use it you either have to bring your own pans or pay $30 to buy them from the front desk??? Not a horrible place to stay, but definitely not the best. I feel like an extended wouldve been much better and within the same price range, if not cheaper.

Brand new hotel! This place is amazing! Right next door to a fat cats with a movie theater too. Full size refrigerator new beds the list goes on. Only thing i wish was that there was a pool and hot tub.

They did have pans if you ask at the front desk but you should bring your own if you want to feed yourself. Full fridge with freezer is nice for those long stays along with an electric flat top stove with 2 burners and heat safe for kiddos. We stayed in 325, it was very clean except for the socks left on top of the cabinets. Beds were okay but very squeaky if you move a lot. Walls and floors are thin so you can hear every footstep, especially if there are children above you (which there were for us). This room did not come with complimentary coffee or maker. It only had 1 towel so be prepared to ask for additional supplies. They do not offer food but there are several fast food restaurants within walking distance.

This place is bare bones, nothing special about it. Very clean and new but elevator has not been working our last 2 stays (early July and late July). Know that all rooms have a kitchen but you will need to rent pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc. Full size fridge and freezer is nice. Towels are small and very thin. Location is great, right next to a new Fat Cats movie theater. Management is trying and there are a couple nice employees that work the front desk. They allowed us early check-in even though their computers were down. Parking is super easy, the lot is never even close to full. If you don't want anything plush or fancy, and are ok with them still working out the kinks on a newly opened property, you should be OK here. But for the price you can also stay somewhere a little north that offers breakfast and a few more comforts.

There were absolutely no amenities. An ice tray but no ice machine or bottled water. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner not even a blow dryer. Stayed there with me and 2 of my kids and they only gave us 2 towels. There is a kitchen in the room but nothing to cook with. WiFi is very spotty. No pool, spa, or even a continental breakfast. Will NEVER stay here again!

Clean, large room, new, friendly

Nice, large room; full kitchenette; very clean, new and modern. Plenty of nearby parking.

I thought since this place was newer it would be better. The room was filthy, there was hair all over the blankets, sheets, and pillows in the bed. The floor was so filthy and had dead bugs. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I just needed a place to stay and I couldn’t get a refund.

The sheets were stained and did not appear to have been changed. The towels are very thin and no soap is provided

when we was getting on the elevator a lady came out of the elevator and the dog had Pead in the elevator. The floor in the room was filthy and sticky dog hair on the floor and the couch.

Super clean, comfy, and the staff is nice! I didn’t take into account how loud it would be right next to Bangerter but it’s not the worst thing ever. Also wish there was a way to cast/hook up my computer to the tv so I wasn’t only watching cable. Other than that I love it here! The mini kitchen was great!!

Don’t do it! First impression of the place was not good and it didn’t get any better. Arrived and our room had even been started to be cleaned yet. Check in was 3 pm. We got there at 215 pm. We patiently waited in the parking lot for the call that our room was ready. A hour later, “ready”. Looked at the front of the building while we waited and 2 windows were boarded up and broken. Nice 🙄. Got into the room. Was NOT clean at all! An 11 year old could have done better. But it smelled good. Crumbs and trash all over the floor. Cupboards and drawers were not wiped out or down. Light switch in the bathroom had disgusting crap all over it. And the base of the toilet was not secured to the floor! It slid around and don’t get me started on the smell of it since there was urine all under it since it wasn’t secured! I spoke to the night clerks and showed them pictures. Even they were appalled. My room was put on the priority list for cleaning the next morning. Toilet was still not fixed. Too bad I can’t attach pictures or I would. Good luck trying to sleep. You will hear ever snore and fart from the rooms next to you. Walls are SUPER thin. Room did end up getting cleaned better but not to any proper standard. The morning clerk asked if there was anything they could do to fix the issues. I suggested QC. I wouldn’t stay here again even if they gave me a free stay the next time.

The staff was great& the rooms are very clean!

New and clean. There were slat blinds that still let a lot of light through all night long from lights in the parking area. Windows need darkening curtains too. The puffy top bed with sewn shapes made it uncomfortably bumpy feeling.

The bed was terrible and kept creaking every time you would move on it.

The room was clean except for the hair on the inside of the sheets. No do not disturb sign to hang, but the staff came around knocking on doors hours before checkout. The walls are so thin that you can't tell if it's your door or not. I get a hotel room to sleep in and didn't appreciate being woken up. They have 'free wifi'. No password, just connect, but zero service. It said it had full service, but there wasn't enough speed to even load email or a map. The full size fridge and sink is nice, but there were no hand towels for it or the bathroom, just 2 washcloths and 2 towels. Check-in was easy, but they weren't helpful. Didn't even tell us where the elevator or our room was, much less an ice machine, check out time, etc. It was fine for the price and just to sleep, but i wouldn't stay again.

The room was clean but bed was pretty terrible. Low to the ground and really squeaky. Due to the hard floors the hotel was very loud. Clean and presented well but overall not my favorite stay.

I could hear the highway all night! Don't let them give you a room on the highway side of the building.

This property is kind of odd. I think it’s basically brand new, but it’s very bare bones. I never even found an ice machine. No blackout curtains so the parking lot lights really lit up the place even though the cheap bings were closed. Dual occupancy is the norm, but there was only one bath towel in the bathroom, one tiny bar of soap, and one tiny bottle of shampoo. We had people above us and the noise that filtered through the floor was very loud. I’ve never experienced anything like it at another hotel. All in all, considering the cost of $85 it was fine, but definitely not amazing

The first night we stayed the people next door decided to stay up all night and have sex hitting the wall next to us finally at 3:30 in the morning they called them they didn't stop then at 4:15 they called them again they finally stopped at about quarter to 5:00 so then we ended up getting moved that next day to a room and the bed squeaked all night You guys really need to work on your beds.

Great staff, the gentleman that works Sunday morning has the best customer service. I travel a lot and he made sure to help out in any way possible. Wish I had his name to give but I would assume hes at some level of management. I believe he’s of Eastern origins which I hate to even use that to identify him. Please share my thanks

Worst ever, never again. Front desk was rude. My husband check in for a 3 day stay. I flew in early the next morning, (red eye) so no sleep. Just finally got settled and fell asleep when there was a knock on the door. Asking if we were checking out. I said our reservation was for 3 days. Then 10 mins later another person asking again, then the phone ring insisting we only have one night. So I had togdt dress and go down to the front desk to show my reservation. After giving them my information 3 times there said it was fine. I asked for the invoice. They had charged us for the 3 nights. And it was more than what was on hotel.com. When we asked for more towels(there were only 2). We were told we had to take our dirty towels to the front desk for exchange. Then when checked out. They charged us $12 plus tax in extra linen fees. They only clean the rooms 1 time every other week!

For a brand new property, the hotel felt uncared for and uninvested in by staff. At check-in, no effort was made to tell us where our room was located; I had to ask. When I pointed out that I might have entered a request for a single bed, and needed 2 beds, no comment was made by the employee helping us. She looked at us, went back to the computer, and handed us our keys. There was a complete lack of engagement of the, "Welcome. I've got you. So glad you're here" variety. Since this is the fourth hotel I've stayed in in the past week, the absence of those niceties, which were automatic elsewhere, stood out. Meanwhile, I think we had exceptionally good luck getting checked in at all, because from that point on, no one was at the front desk, even though it was supposedly staffed until 10 pm. This was a problem when 1) I had a problem with the vending machine and needed help and 2) When I wanted to point out that the toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall (mainly because I didn't want it to be blamed on us). Later in the evening, at approximately midnight, I decided to try my luck with the vending machine again. This time, it dispensed my drink and I was able to retrieve it. However, when I went back to our room, the door key no longer worked. My daughter was sleeping and did not hear me knocking. I went to the front desk and tried the after hour number with no luck, even though I saw someone in the back office on my way to the vending machine. Not a great experience.

This hotel will stand as the second worst lodging we've ever experienced. I made reservations based on their 8.4 rating. I have no idea where they got those reviews. The hotel is substandard at best. We arrived at 2 a.m. and the doors were locked. We were afraid we'd have to sleep in vestibule. I knocked on door, called the help number 4 x's before we were finally let in the lobby. It was 20 degrees outside. I was told that if I wanted fresh linens I'd have to gather up the used linens, put in white basket in room and haul them to front desk! I was our maid service!!! Our room was comprised of the following: 1) no coffee pot in room 2) absolutely no utensils, glasses, paper towels, pots, pans or even ice in the miniscule kitchenette 3) no iron!! or ironing board in room. We had to wait for someone to check out to get one AND I had to hike to front desk to get it 4) No complimentary conditioner or hand lotion 5) onwme dinky, cheap bottle of shampoo 6) One tiny soap in the entire room 7) No soap at kitchenette to wash hands 8) paper thin blanket 9) thinnest sheets I've ever seen 10) three little pillows for two people. I had to hike to the lobby AGAIN to get an extra pillow 11) the cheapest coffee stand with the most horrible coffee in lobby 12) no breakfast 13) no snack room 14) the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on which resulted in intense back pain upon awakening because I'm disabled from pain and the mattress exacerbated it 15) only one bedside tabl

Everything about the property was excellent. It looks brand new. It is off the road about a block which makes it very quiet.

Kitchen had absolutely nothing in it. No coffee pot, no utensils or plates.. Bed was really uncomfortable.. It was clean, & staff were great.. it was a great location & easy on and off the freeway..

It was a little difficult to find, but absolutely loved the rooms with kitchenettes and open space. Very close to the Riverton Hospital where my sister had her surgery, it was a perfect place for me to stay!!! Thank you!

Location was convenient

A week's stay while moving to another location. An affordable hotel, but I did miss some of the fine print for the kitchenette...it was not furnished with cooking or dinnerware. Being locate right on a highway, the highway noise was a bit much the first night or two. Still, a very decent hotel at a good price.

It was a hotel off the side of the freeway. The price was right. Perfectly good for spending 9 hours asleep in.

Two things that had affected the way we rated this hotel: 1) Unfriendly reception- the receptionists you hired to greet guests do NOT know how to be friendly, or even bother to make eye contact, or even smile to make guests feel welcome. 2) No ice machine??? Why. Isn't it state law that hotels should provide automatic ice machines for the guests' convenience? You are the only hotel we had ever been at without an ice machine. And yes, we had been to most, if not to all 50 states in the US! And the way your receptionist responded when asked about an ice machine is ridiculously rude. As if, "none of that crap here, don't ask!" Now that we got the main points out of the way.. another reason NOT to stay here is the lame excuse of: "because we gave you a kitchenette, we do not serve breakfast". When the receptionist said that to us, we couldn't help but wonder... would your manager say otherwise, or would it be the same response? By the way, don't bother asking for fresh towels at this hotel. They will make you do room service, ie, put your dirty towels in the in-room provided laundry basket, then bring them to the front and exchange them out. Pretty much, like a self-service type hotel. Anything else you need? DIY is your best bet! We do not recommend, nor returning to stay at any Woodsprings location for that matter.

The property was new. It us the cheapest built hotel I have ever been in. No amenities including dishes and coffee. There were 3 items in the hotel room. Bar of soap, small bottle of conditioning shampoo, and 2 plastic cups.
