Lovely comfortable beds and quiet bedroom although it sits on a road which cars pass along, there is no public transport along this road. Easy access to the city by train and to the Southside. It is opposite a delightfully green park and has a delightful garden, where one can sit with a book and coffee. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Clean, comfortable, efficient,friendly staff and conveniently located near Cross Hill station. Only problem was I'm 76 and walk with a cane and there is no lift. It took 2 long spiral staircases to reach our room. My wife and I will probably return but ask for a room on either the ground or first floor.

Stayed one night on a business trip, Sept 2024. This was a great hotel in a nice area. I had an economy double room which was perfect for one night by myself. It was well equipped - hair dryer & iron and generous with the tea & coffee - spotlessly clean and comfortable. I ate at the hotel and the food was obviously cooked from fresh and very good quality. Breakfast was again cooked from fresh and was delicious. Parking is on the road in front of the hotel and can be temporarily suspended if there are events on locally, so it’s worth checking before you go. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m back in the area I will use it again be it for business or pleasure.

I stayed here after my book launch of The Way That Loved me Back and on what would have been my beloved gran's birthday. When i checked in there was a funeral reception. And later I met my friend who had been to Linn Cemetery to see off a friend as well. So it was an emotional stay. However, the front reception staff made checkin a breeze, and although I didnt reserve a table for dinner my friend and I were accommodated for in the bar. The barman was professional and friendly. The food was delicious, compliments to the chef. And then afterwards, the best was yet to come. My room was upgraded to the Club Rooms. My room was at the back overlooking the marquee. The room was super spacious, had sufficient furniture to enjoy a decaf coffee while watching some tv before taking a shower. The shiwer room was beautifully styled and the water pressure from the shower was simply amazing and forceful. After closing the curtains and turning off the room the room perfectly dark and I enjoyed the most amazing sleep on a great sized bed which was very very comfortable. And now i'm feeling super energised and ready to begin the long journey home. And the best thing of all was I never even knew this place had existed. It's as if it appeared out of nowhere just for me to spend a special overnight in Glasgow.

Overall the stay was fine but there were one or two minor issues. The club room we booked was very spacious but was very warm through the night, with no air conditioning to allow us to cool things down. Would also have expected a fridge in the room but there was none. Bathroom was nice but it had a tiny cloakroom size sink which meant it was difficult to wash without soaking the floor. Breakfast was very cheap and was value for the money, but items you would expect to have been presented on a cold table like yoghurt , milk & cheese etc were served on a normal table which meant they were warm rather than refrigerated when eaten, which was a bit off putting. Hotel has a lovely beer garden and is adjacent to plenty green spaces and train station for travel into Glasgow centre

The only reason I did not score a five star for cleanliness was that I felt that the carpet in the room I stayed in was past it's best and although I am sure it is well cleaned it just felt and looked grubby. Grimy carpet aside, the room was clean and the staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend a stay at No 10 Hotel

I work away from home for 11 months of the year so stay in a few hotels. This hotel ranks as one of the best. The cleaners were exceptional, couldnt believe they cleaned the room everyday. All the staff whom i spoke to were very polite. Area excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to take the family with me. Works have a limit for my expenses so can only stay when there are offers. Rated first class by me. Kind Regards, Duncan Atkinson.

I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms felt new. Everything was clean. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were really good. And most of all the staff and service was incredible! Everyone was so polite and professional and helpful and friendly!

Ironing Facilities: The mini ironing board was broken, but when I reported it, the staff promptly provided a full-size board, which was appreciated. Food: Breakfast was not included in the room price. While the breakfast itself was lovely, the cost felt a bit high for a standard full breakfast. For the price of the room this cost should really have been included!! Staff: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Sleep Quality: Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well during our two-night stay due to functions running until midnight on both nights.

I stayed in the townhouse which is separate from the main hotel. This was a good thing as there were functions on both nights, so i didnt hear any noise. Room was fine and clean. Bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress topper but could still feel the springs through it. Bathroom was small with a shower, but totally fine. Room was unbearably hot which meant i didnt sleep a wink the first night. Managed to open a tiny window by standing on the window sill. Other window was broken and wouldnt open. Propped the door open to try and let some air out. Later discovered it was so hot due to the radiator knob being loose, so it was on full blast. Phone wouldnt connect to reception so had to go and speak to them in the middle of the wedding function. Girl on the desk was perfectly lovely and arranged for a fan and said the heating would go off at 9.30 which it did. Room was so warm i still needed the fan all night. I didnt eat there but restaurant and bar looked nice. Handy for trains and right next to park on a quiet street. If booking i would check where your room is if they have functions on.

The room was quite small and the ceiling was low on one side of the bed. My husband hit his head getting out of bed. Also since the room was immediately next to the stair and there was no lift the noise made by people dragging their luggage up the stair was disturbing.

I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms felt new. Everything was clean. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were really good. And most of all the staff and service was incredible! Everyone was so polite and professional and helpful and friendly!

The staff at reception was wonderful! We showed up later in the day than we anticipated so the kitchen was closed but Caroline suggested ordering Just Eat to deliver food. The beds were comfortable and the water nice and hot. We only stayed one night but would love to come back for another stay!

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean and super convenient for access to the city centre. Crosshill train station is minutes away and only 3 stops from Central Station. Easy parking, care as would on limited occasions might be challenging if football on at Hampden as signs indicated, not when we were there so cannot say for sure, but pretty sure hotel would advise as they very helpful.

Lovely comfortable beds and quiet bedroom although it sits on a road which cars pass along, there is no public transport along this road. Easy access to the city by train and to the Southside. It is opposite a delightfully green park and has a delightful garden, where one can sit with a book and coffee. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The hotel is located opposite Queen Park, and quite close to centre. Nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I was upgraded to Club Room, which is always nice. Friendly receptionists.

Room: The room was compact but nicely arranged, with sweet treats and tea/coffee provided. It was clean, though for the price, I expected a bit more space. Shower: The shower was quite old but functioned well. Ironing Facilities: The mini ironing board was broken, but when I reported it, the staff promptly provided a full-size board, which was appreciated. Food: Breakfast was not included in the room price. While the breakfast itself was lovely, the cost felt a bit high for a standard full breakfast. For the price of the room this cost should really have been included!! Staff: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Sleep Quality: Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well during our two-night stay due to functions running until midnight on both nights.

A warm welcome. Room was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit tired but this was made up by a great shower, nice toiletries and fluffy towels. Staff very friendly. The evening menu was a bit small but that was because they didn't have a chef. The food was tasty and hot. Good selection for breakfast and hot breakfast prepared fresh and to your choice.

Stayed one night on a business trip, Sept 2024. This was a great hotel in a nice area. I had an economy double room which was perfect for one night by myself. It was well equipped - hair dryer & iron and generous with the tea & coffee - spotlessly clean and comfortable. I ate at the hotel and the food was obviously cooked from fresh and very good quality. Breakfast was again cooked from fresh and was delicious. Parking is on the road in front of the hotel and can be temporarily suspended if there are events on locally, so it’s worth checking before you go. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m back in the area I will use it again be it for business or pleasure.

This is a nice hotel but if you are restricted mobility wise there is no lift. Bearing in mind you will have luggage it won't be a good experience to carry cases 2 flights of stairs up and down. The staff were not always around to help me with my luggage. I booked a taxi to return to the train station, housekeeping were informed I needed help going down the 2 flights of stairs but, they did not arrive and I somehow in my 70s got my cases downstairs. Definitely a disadvantage having no lift to the rooms.

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. I asked for an early check-in and late check out, no problem. Great to hear local accents and enjoy some friendly Glaswegian banter. I will be coming back.

Have stayed here a number of times on business over recent years. Easy parking on the roadside outside the hotel. Lovely hotel, rooms and food. Recently made the garden area behind the hotel into an amazing space with various areas for dining, drinking and relaxing. Will always stay here when working in the Glasgow area. Very reasonably priced. Fully recommend.

I travel a lot for work and this is only the second time I have ever done a review. If you're going to spend £350+ a night for a room, you'll want much better. I booked two rooms on this private visit, almost £800 was way too much for what we actually got. The two ladies on reception for check-in/check-out were lovely, couldn't fault them, that's worth saying up front. For the younger girls in the bar/breakfast area, serving was just an inconvenience. Later, there were trays of glasses/crockery on two tables in the bar, which staff walked past and made no attempt to move to allow patrons to use them. Our room was a huge disappointment. I have never been in such a small hotel room. But for the high ceiling it would have been really claustrophobic. There was a corner of the ceiling with paper peeling, scuff marks on one wall where people had obviously struggled with bags. The door into the bathroom had a chunk missing from it where it sticks, the bathroom itself was truly awful, so old. The cistern was noisy when used, the pressure in the over-bath shower was absolutely pitiful and there was a little mould on the grout above the controls. The shower curtain was a nuisance because the space was so tight. I was so disappointed I took photographs. On leaving, reception was busy with breakfast traffic going through so I didn't stop to speak about it, but I should have. Our room was not to the standard being advertised and definitely not worthy of the price charged.
