We had a fantastic stay in the hotel's annex apartment. The apartment was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We were able to get a great night's sleep, my partner away from my snoring! Check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast was a good continental selection.

Efter att ha tillbringat nätterna i en av GF's gamla celler var vi positivt överraskade - inte bara av rummet och dess mystik utan också av 'historiens vingslag'. Vi fick en intressant inblick i fängelsets historia med många roliga anekdoter berättade av hotellvärden.

Ett mycket mysigt, personligt och fräscht hotell. Det var inga problem att toa och dusch låg i korridoren. Bra att man kan fixa mat i det gemensamma köket. Lugnt och bra läge!! Tar ca 15 min att gå till centrum. Det går även bussar!

Jag var inte beredd på att det inte skulle finnas toalett på rummet och jag hittade både hårstrån och spindlar så inte så bra städat. Bra frukost och trevlig personal. Sov inte så bra i den lilla sängen och det kändes lite “kusligt”. Inte min grej men intressant hotell.

A really nice hotel with a fantastic history rich interior. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet isn't the largest but it is fresh and varied and the staff are really friendly.

This is a unique property which made for a fun stay. (My gosh though, those "prison" doors are heavy.) Everything was very clean. It made the shared bathroom factor a total non-issue. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was really good, I arrived a bit late but it was still a amazing trip, cook building and rooms, everything was really clean and i really enjoyed it! Floor was a bit squecky in my room at least so i was worried about waking others, but also i get its an old building so maybe cant so to much abt that, But overall 10/10 would love to go here again

I would like to recommend this place to anyone who want to experience something more than just another ordinary hotel! You will find a really cool attraction as well as a great nights sleep in one of the former prison cells. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is beautifully restored and has an amazing vibe! Breakfast was average, but extra pluss though for friendly and helpful staff in the kitchen. There is also a nice little museum which contributes to the experience.
