This special space has been completely restored with new electrical installations, plumbing, furniture, and appliances, all carried out with care and attention to every detail. Amenities include private Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV with video on demand, and a washing machine. You can step out onto the private terrace on the third floor and enjoy the solarium on the fourth, ideal for sunbathing during your stay. Pets are allowed, but parties and events are not permitted. Please note that the house is spread over 4 floors connected by stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
