It is located in one of the best areas of Malaga, the María Zambrano central train and AVE station, Larios Shopping Center, and Vialia are less than 200 meters away. Antonio Banderas Promenade is less than 700 meters away and San Andrés Beach is 800 meters away. It is a very spacious apartment of 120 m². It is located on the 8th floor, so it is cheerful and very bright. It has three double bedrooms with two single beds each. The living room has a Smart TV and a dining area. Two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Centralized air conditioning, iron, drying area, hairdryer, and Fiber Wifi. The swimming pool will be open only in the months of July, August, and part of September, with an established schedule from 12:00 to 20:00. Additional features: The cribhas an additional cost. The baby kit(crib, baby bath, and high chair) has an additional cost. Check-in timeis from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-ins after 10:00 PMincur an additional charge of 50 euros, payable upon arrival. The Keys are collected in our office situated in Avenida Manuel Agustín Heredia, 6. Local Holidays2Malaga (Málaga). Please note that the apartment includes towels, bed linen, and duvetsfor all guestsincluded in the reservation. If you require additional bed linen or towels, an extra chargewill apply.
