Very convenient location with Dollar General next door and port for fishing so close. Management and cleaning service very friendly and accommodating!

There are not many motels in Venice. It caters to fishing recreation mostly as well as charter groups. For me it was the beginning of my journey following the Mississippi River from Louisiana to Minnesota. They do not provide breakfast which is unfortunate since there are no places around for this meal to start your day. Staff was friendly enough, but the one thing that I found disappointing was that while I was out, staff came in and took all my towels without replacing and I did not discover this till the next morning. A single washcloth on a single hanger was too much.

Cannot remember her name but the nice lady working the front desk was absolutely amazing. Rooms were clean and location was good.

The pictures looked pretty nice on the website. In person they were very rough. One door had been kicked in and they had put tap on the frame. Stove top beeped all night. Microwave was ran off of an extension cord that was plugged up inside the cabinets. Refrigerator light was hanging down and was rigged up. Not to mention all the water damage.
