What a fabulous property. The grounds were well kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating at check-in. From that first interaction, I knew it was going to be a great stay. The kids were happy to just play in our condo or having a swim - hopping between the indoor/ outdoor pools. We had a relaxing weekend and next time we’re here I want to try the day spa and make it to the beach.
What a fabulous property. The grounds were well kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating at check-in. From that first interaction, I knew it was going to be a great stay. The kids were happy to just play in our condo or having a swim - hopping between the indoor/ outdoor pools. We had a relaxing weekend and next time we’re here I want to try the day spa and make it to the beach.

3 bedroom Villa was lovely and spacious, loved the pools and the gym was one of the best we've seen at a hotel. Buffet breakfast was good and staff were lovely. Kids had a ball!

I really like how everything was close to where we stayed, close to the pool, beach, cafe.I loved the pool it was nice and big could just relax at there. The only thing was the pool was really hard to find we won’t far from the pool, there signs or arrows took ages, it was confusing.

Really disappointed with our stay this time but I don’t think it’s a true reflection of the hotel as we have had good experiences in the past so I think this was just a one off experience. 1) Heating was not working in the room at all so we all got really cold 2) Indoor pool heater was faulty so we could not swim 3) TV remote not working

The grounds and facilities were great. While the apartment was all we wanted the furniture down stairs had seen better days and the outside table is a safety concern. Also for a 5 star property the cleaning should be a lot better, crumbs in the kitchen, mould in the ceilings and dirty towels.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff exceptional. Food was also exceptional. I do feel the room did not match the resort. It is ready for an update and the carpet seemed unclean. The desk had a shelf below it and covered in dust. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

I and my husband visited for my husband’s birthday but this hotel was old and not clean. Sometime noisy out side. Bathroom was not clean and when turned on shower it came disgusting smells. Even no complementary water so very disappointed.

It's easy to see the Pullman may have been a 5 star resort decades ago but it isn't today. The reception area and restaurant are well maintained but the apartment was not: spider in the bath, dead cockroaches, carpet needs replacing, dishwasher not operational and not repaired during our 5 day stay, thin towels, etc... The EV charger was not operational during our stay; apparently they have a few new ones scheduled to be installed. The food at Barretts restaurant is pretty good but the menu isn't extensive enough to eat there more than a couple of times. Unfortunately that means driving for 10 minutes South to the Entrance or North to Budgewoi/Toukley. All up, the grounds and common areas are lovely. We didn't play golf but the course looks well maintained. The room badly needs a refresh and driving for meals meant we spent too long running around rather than relaxing (which is why we go to a facility like this). We might come back for a 2-3 day long weekend but wouldn't stay longer than that.

The showers need to be replaced as there was water only trickling out and at the wall connection water spraying from seal in both bathrooms. The back patio was very untidy with old pot plants, overgrown plants and chairs all around. Breakfast was not great. We were there at 8am with only a few other tables and there was no bacon or hash browns for at least 20 minutes. Staff were very polite and the view was lovely. 3 bed villa was well appointed and comfortable.

The only thing I liked is the area. The property is clearly not maintained. We stayed in Villa 1105, and to start with, the property was dirty: dust everywhere, the bench tops in the kitchen were sticky and I don’t even want to sit on the sofa. The taps in the toilet don’t work. I had to turned in the switches underneath the sink and then water came and then to turn them again to turn off the water. The shower taps for the secondary bathroom were installed incorrectly. I turned on “hot” tap and let it tan for 10mins only cold water came out, only then I figured out that the taps were wrong. One of the front desks ladies was nice, the other simply doesn’t want to be there. I won’t come back to this hotel and I dont recommend.

The only negative was i booked a king studio. According to the website, there was supposed to be a view of the golf course or water. No view. Could not find the swimming pool as shown on the website not even with the property map

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in 3 bed villa at Pullman Magenta Shores. Highlight were the facilities; pools, gym, sauna, tennis courts and restaurant all great! Family friendly resort. Beds in the Villa were on wheels; apart from the master bed, the remaining beds were uncomfortable (moved if you rolled in your sleep) and tilted to one side if you had some weight on them. Daily room service for villas not included but could be requested for an extra fee. Would suggest that a towel renewal service (kitchen towels and bath towels) be included at least every second day; towels were not changed throughout our 4 night stay.

Being able to walk to Magenta Beach and enjoy a walk along the beach was good for a relaxing stroll, had the weather been a little better when I arrived it would have been a nice spot to sunbake & have a dip in the water. Gym was well equipped. Room a little basic but did its job as somewhere to rest and shower.

Great location. Staff were very attentive and professional. Accommodation was spacious n clean but showing its age in some area's .e.g. carpet stains and lots of scuff marks on walls,bedroom block out curtain was broken in parts.

Lovely villa opposite the golf course, nice and quiet away from the noisy pool area. Kitchen was good and foxtel on tv. We were able to chrome cast Netflix to the tv which was great for the teens. Aircon worked great but water was dripping on the deck from the unit. Check-in was delayed by 2 hours due to being understaffed with the cleaning but they gave us a breakfast next day which was a good compensation. Chef made a lovely omelette and the buffet was good. Pizzas were excellent!

Terrible experience with checking in staff! I’ve done hour behind schedule and didn’t notify me. Then I had to deal with incredibly rude. Check in staff who were talking about me when I returned to pick up my one key!!! I left at 7am the next day and complained because I had never experienced this at this facility and I had stayed many times! Will never return. Ruined my partners birthday

The resort was nice, and quiet, and the room was lovely. The facilities were excellent, but the staff were a bit hit and miss. While most staff were polite, professional and very helpful, a couple of encounters left us feeling like we were an inconvenience.

What a fabulous property. The grounds were well kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating at check-in. From that first interaction, I knew it was going to be a great stay. The kids were happy to just play in our condo or having a swim - hopping between the indoor/ outdoor pools. We had a relaxing weekend and next time we’re here I want to try the day spa and make it to the beach.

Lovely villa opposite the golf course, nice and quiet away from the noisy pool area. Kitchen was good and foxtel on tv. We were able to chrome cast Netflix to the tv which was great for the teens. Aircon worked great but water was dripping on the deck from the unit. Check-in was delayed by 2 hours due to being understaffed with the cleaning but they gave us a breakfast next day which was a good compensation. Chef made a lovely omelette and the buffet was good. Pizzas were excellent!

My husband and I had a lovely stay. All aspects of what you would want in an accommodation were met and highly recommended. Our experience at Barretts Restaurant onsite was amazing ~ great food, excellent service and convenient. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t favourable so we missed out using the outdoor lagoon, which was a shame because it looked beautiful. If I could make 1 suggestion, it would be to better maintain the cleanliness of the glass in the main building especially the indoor pool area, sauna and restaurant because since it overlooks the golf course, the dirty glass doesn’t give justice to the views.

It's easy to see the Pullman may have been a 5 star resort decades ago but it isn't today. The reception area and restaurant are well maintained but the apartment was not: spider in the bath, dead cockroaches, carpet needs replacing, dishwasher not operational and not repaired during our 5 day stay, thin towels, etc... The EV charger was not operational during our stay; apparently they have a few new ones scheduled to be installed. The food at Barretts restaurant is pretty good but the menu isn't extensive enough to eat there more than a couple of times. Unfortunately that means driving for 10 minutes South to the Entrance or North to Budgewoi/Toukley. All up, the grounds and common areas are lovely. We didn't play golf but the course looks well maintained. The room badly needs a refresh and driving for meals meant we spent too long running around rather than relaxing (which is why we go to a facility like this). We might come back for a 2-3 day long weekend but wouldn't stay longer than that.

Property was in a great location, short drive to the Entrance for more dining options. Being able to walk to Magenta Beach and enjoy a walk along the beach was good for a relaxing stroll, had the weather been a little better when I arrived it would have been a nice spot to sunbake & have a dip in the water. Gym was well equipped. Room a little basic but did its job as somewhere to rest and shower.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. One waiter no food. People were waiting for eggs etc even though it was a buffet breakfast. We did not have any breakfast we waited for well over 30 mins and left. Very disappointing

The showers need to be replaced as there was water only trickling out and at the wall connection water spraying from seal in both bathrooms. The back patio was very untidy with old pot plants, overgrown plants and chairs all around. Breakfast was not great. We were there at 8am with only a few other tables and there was no bacon or hash browns for at least 20 minutes. Staff were very polite and the view was lovely. 3 bed villa was well appointed and comfortable.
