An excellent hotel in prime condition with a lovely spa! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had though I would have hoped for vegan options. But plus points for the fresh orange juice and the prosecco :) My fiance loved the omelette station. The spa was wonderful, even though the 10€ price came as a suprise. But we paid it happily as it was worth it for a rainy day. The hotel is located quite far from the old town of Riva del Garda, but walkable. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was good. Only minus of the very poorly soundproofed door. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water). Would stay here again!

Die Poollandschaft und der Garten sind top. Frühstück ist auch super, vor allem gab's reichlich frisches Obst und keine Konserven. Am Pool sollten noch mehr Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung stehen..

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Super Lage, Tiefgarage und Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Am Pool gibt es genügend Liegen, und auch der Spa-Bereich ist in Ordnung. Ich war sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder!

Great location. We had a spa suite which was nice a spacious with view of the gardens, pool and the mountains around Riva del Garda. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were amazing. Everything was sparkling clean. Good car parking. Great free welcoming mini bar/fridge. All in all a great hotel. Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel for our honeymoon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Two minor complaints. We had difficulty keeping the air conditioner running. It would often turn off before reaching our desired temperature. As a result it was sometimes too warm in the room. We also had house keeping come into the room on two occasions despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Very nice room, with a little lake view and balcony, overlooking the nice and quiet garden with a clean and beautiful pool. Easy access to the lake and the area has good restaurants and lots of activities. Wi-Fi was not so good in the room. We are planning to come back to this lovely hotel!

Very nice hotel, best breakfast of our 7 day around Lake Garda trip. The room Aircon is bizarre, thee was a panel for a/c but no control in the room itself (not even on or off) and only controlled by reception. This meant a very noisy night of largely ineffective aircon than couldn’t be turned off. Made what could have been an outstanding stay, uncomfortable, sleepless and frustrating.

This was the best hotel that I have stayed in I think ever! Truly I have traveled many places and the stellar Ambiance of this hotel cannot be beaten. The breakfast is amazing as everyone else says. To be able to have an omelette each morning it's just wonderful because you end up spending all day out doing things and the protein just keeps you going. The fruit was always fresh the yogurt was the best I've had and of course the pastries were delicious. My favorite part of every morning was one of the staff and the breakfast room by the name of Taia and she helped us a great deal everyday trying to speak Italian since we are from america. The beds are the most comfortable and The View was wonderful we had room 407 I highly recommend you request it but just don't request it when we're coming back! Which in all honesty would be every stinking year if I could afford it! The walkability to Riva everyday was beautiful! We did jump in the pool once and it was pretty chilly even though it was heated but it is October after all. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Room size of the suite room was adequate. Had some issues with the placement of power points, none next to the room. Location was excellent right in the heart of the things with best gelato in Riva Del Garda and best shopping and eateries, lake side within 5 mins walking. Breakfast was good but on the last day staff at the live egg counter was missing. At 6:30 am no one answers the phone at the reception or housekeeping if you need something like fresh towels.

Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Vi har tidligere boet på Hotel Flora, og det er bestemt ikke uden grund, at vi vælger det igen. Hotellet har alt, hvad man kan ønske sig – lige fra en bekvem parkeringskælder til en morgenmad i absolut verdensklasse. Personalet skal også have stor ros. Ved ankomsten havde de fundet og opbevaret vores glemte pas fra sidste besøg – en helt enestående service! Vi planlægger allerede at komme igen næste år. Tusind tak for endnu et fantastisk ophold!

An excellent hotel in prime condition with a lovely spa! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had though I would have hoped for vegan options. But plus points for the fresh orange juice and the prosecco :) My fiance loved the omelette station. The spa was wonderful, even though the 10€ price came as a suprise. But we paid it happily as it was worth it for a rainy day. The hotel is located quite far from the old town of Riva del Garda, but walkable. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was good. Only minus of the very poorly soundproofed door. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water). Would stay here again!

Hier gebe ich ganz klar die Bestnote! Alles hat gestimmt. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Parken in der Tiefgarage, kurze Wege zum Seeufer und ins Ortszentrum. Ein exzellentes Frühstücksbüffet am Morgen. Dass das Fenster meines Zimmers auf die Feuertreppe ging, war suboptimal, aber bei einer Nacht ohne Bedeutung.

This was the best hotel that I have stayed in I think ever! Truly I have traveled many places and the stellar Ambiance of this hotel cannot be beaten. The breakfast is amazing as everyone else says. To be able to have an omelette each morning it's just wonderful because you end up spending all day out doing things and the protein just keeps you going. The fruit was always fresh the yogurt was the best I've had and of course the pastries were delicious. My favorite part of every morning was one of the staff and the breakfast room by the name of Taia and she helped us a great deal everyday trying to speak Italian since we are from america. The beds are the most comfortable and The View was wonderful we had room 407 I highly recommend you request it but just don't request it when we're coming back! Which in all honesty would be every stinking year if I could afford it! The walkability to Riva everyday was beautiful! We did jump in the pool once and it was pretty chilly even though it was heated but it is October after all. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Very nice hotel, best breakfast of our 7 day around Lake Garda trip. The room Aircon is bizarre, thee was a panel for a/c but no control in the room itself (not even on or off) and only controlled by reception. This meant a very noisy night of largely ineffective aircon than couldn’t be turned off. Made what could have been an outstanding stay, uncomfortable, sleepless and frustrating.

Great location. We had a spa suite which was nice a spacious with view of the gardens, pool and the mountains around Riva del Garda. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were amazing. Everything was sparkling clean. Good car parking. Great free welcoming mini bar/fridge. All in all a great hotel. Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel for our honeymoon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Two minor complaints. We had difficulty keeping the air conditioner running. It would often turn off before reaching our desired temperature. As a result it was sometimes too warm in the room. We also had house keeping come into the room on two occasions despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Room size of the suite room was adequate. Had some issues with the placement of power points, none next to the room. Location was excellent right in the heart of the things with best gelato in Riva Del Garda and best shopping and eateries, lake side within 5 mins walking. Breakfast was good but on the last day staff at the live egg counter was missing. At 6:30 am no one answers the phone at the reception or housekeeping if you need something like fresh towels.

Trevligt mottagande av receptionspersonalen Sven och Nico när vi kom. Mycket fint bemötande och vi fick bra information om vår vistelse och aktiviteter både på hotellet och stadsområdet. Hotellet har en fin atmosfär, nära sjön och med underbart poolområde. Rummet bra storlek, sköna sängar och stor TV. Bra badrum, fräscht och rummet välstädat. Frukosten mycket bra med många godsaker. Personalen Teia, Bianca och Natasha gjorde vår vistelse fantastisk med sin professionella service. Vi kände oss väldigt omhändertagna. Spaområdet är super, många bad och saunas. Vi gjorde behandling, massage och kosmetik, med Mikaela som var väldigt duktig. Parkering finns och det uppskattade vi mycket. Vi kommer definitivt återkomma till Flora och Riva del Garda.

We stayed at this hotel last year and just had to come back. It is a beautiful hotel—not the biggest one, but incredibly charming. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the underground parking is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, with a beautiful view overlooking the park and pool area. It was always easy to find a table for breakfast, and there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool. All the employees are friendly and welcoming, always smiling and greeting guests with a "Good morning" or "Hello." The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel at home and genuinely welcome. It is only a five-minute walk to the lake, and right in front of the hotel you'll find Gelateria Flora, which serves delicious ice cream and desserts. This certainly won't be our last stay here. We really enjoyed this hotel. It's not in the center of town but easily walkable. especially along the lake. I really liked the walking trail to the lake and the bike path to the lake. The staff were always helpful and available. Loved the pool and the poolside service with tasty and reasonable snacks. Breakfast was good! I had a spa treatment that was excellent. This has been a hot summer and the AC worked well. I would stay here again for my next trip to Lake Garda.
