Staff was very nice overall, Chanel, Maria, Jose (on the buffet), really cool. Sadly, our room had roaches and a terrible sound that did not let us sleep the 1st night. The hotel is very quiet, and the food was ok

I booked a Jr. suite, however was upgraded it seems. I had a huge apartment with balcony! Wonderful local food, entertainment, staff and there were shuttles to the beach every hour. The pool is maintained very well and I never had to fight for a seat by the pool. The property is very walkable. Stay here to really relax.

The very bad news. I stayed for 3 weeks and my review. If you like air conditioning working and smells like mold, thats if it works? You can be transferred to another suite and put up with sewer gas. I seemed to get blown off after change from one suite to the other. Extremely disappointed. The decent part was employees (restaurant/poolbar) were good. The food was always good and hardly ate something twice besides breakfast That’s my cents. Will talking to Expedia people and seeking compensation

The room was beautiful. Buffet was amazing and the staff was wonderful.
