The staff were super helpful, offered to help with tours, they also offered to take my bags to the room. Room was spotless, they have a massage area, pool and Gym and more importantly for me a convenience store. I would definitely visit again

Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. Our room had a gorgeous view.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! My room and the hotel's condition was extremely clean. Staff and workers were exceptionally polite and helpful. Especially one of the staff members named Wendy, who also spoke great English. She helped me by suggesting great attractions in Zhangjiajie, arranging me with tickets to each attraction with the best class, and made sure the stay, not only in the hotel but also Zhangjiajie, was absolutely phenomenal. Planning on going back in the future.
