Bloom Hotel

Du får sjelden en 2-roms suite til en så god pris, så sånn sett en god deal. Samtidig får man det man betaler for. Hotellet bærer preg av slitasje, og hadde definitivt trengt en solid nedvask. Overflate og seng oppleves ren og ok, men lister, tak, vegger og øvrige møbler er slitt og dels ganske skittent.

Parking lot was difficult due to the amount of pot holes. Hotels around us were not in such bad shape. Staff was helpful and check in was good. Went down for breakfast the next morning (a Monday) at 8:45 so we knew we were pushing the open time, but there was no food left, and the staff person was cleaning and putting things away already. Only thing available was the waffle maker, 1 sausage link and cold cereal. As soon as one of us poured a bowl of cereal the staff person also removed the cereal and milk. There was no conversation, no offer to assist or apology for our inconvenience. We could certainly understand the lack of hot food at that time but we have certainly experienced other hotels when we have come down at the end of the time and not have food removed until a few minutes AFTER the end time and apologies about the situation.

This property should be removed from your listings. On a scale of one to ten -5 and that’s being generous. I canceled my reservation; no WiFi, parking lot was a mess; potholes the size of of manholes. This by far was the most disguising hotel I have ever seen and I encourage HOTELS.COM to stop doing business with them.

Driving in was rough...broken glass and huge potholes throughout parking lot. Check-in took a long time because staff were talking amongst themselves in a different language. There were other staff trying to figure out which of the 3 elevators in the 15 story hotel were not working. Got us checked and we hesitantly took the bad sounding elevator to the floor. Got out of elevator on our floor to an awful, rotten smell. Got to room where not only was it really dirty, but curtains were torn, bed sheets had holes, and bathroom mirror was broken. We went down to desk where they offered another room and thanfully refunded us without questions when I said we would stay elsewhere.
