A/C was loud. There were no cups/Glasses in the room - no way to drink water or rinse after brushing. No water/snacks on sale or available anywhere except maybe Denny's next door. There was clearly a setup for a snack store in the lobby that was totally empty. AND they charged $5 for parking, which was unexpected and unnecessary. As for breakfast, there was space for 4 hot entrees. 3 of the 4 were various pre-made omelettes, 4th was potatoes. Could easily have been any other choice than 3 different omelettes. (bacon, biscuit, sausage, ...?). Not sure i'd be willing to try again.

Check in was fast and easy . Tv had no remote went to ask the front desk for one he gave me one that didn’t work on the Tv so the Tv wasn’t connected. There was no shower curtain so I couldn’t take a shower and the restroom toilet didn’t not flush. I check out after 4hrs of being there cause I was so frustrated I told the front desk and they did nothing about it .

I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus Anaheim Orange County Hotel to everyone. Our room was clean, spacious enough and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good and the ladies who served the breakfast were so nice. The price was very fair. Thank you for a great experience!
