I stayed here as an airport hotel rather than to use the facilities, so the review is based on that. There were around 6 stairs from the lift to my room, which was inconvenient with heavy luggage (on arrival staff did deliver my suitcase to my room for me, but not on checkout). The ramp down from the lifts to the reception area was too steep, and again not suitable for heavy luggage. The air conditioning was not working in the first room I was given (temp was 28 degrees and not cooling). The problem was supposedly fixed whilst I was at dinner. Except it wasn't. It took several additional calls to get moved to another room, when I was really tired and just wanted to go to sleep (4am start the next day to catch my flight). My dining experience was not a good one. I would've liked to order to my room ideally, but couldn't find the in room dining menu (and, as above, my original room was uncomfortably hot). Ordered the nasi goreng. The egg yolk was overcooked (solid, rather than runny yolk). I asked for a new egg, but it never came. No one checked back with me. There seemed to be a lot of staff working, but they weren't very attentive to the guests from what I could see. The free airport shuttle was a useful service, running approx every 30 minutes. However, although I booked this on check in, on the morning they didn't have my name on their list. Overall, as an airport hotel I would not stay here again.

This is basically the perfect airport hotel. I was stranded in Jakarta for 3 days during the volcanic eruption and absolutely could not have ended up in a better place. Fredi in particular was a standout among the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The restaurants, the pools, the entire hospitality experience - especially with a hotel full of stressed out guests whose plans were changing frequently due to the airport shutdown - was truly remarkable. Could not recommend more highly.

The hotel needs to put dispenser soap, shampoo etc in the shower. Same for toilet paper. The light on top of the sink in the bathroom needs to be bright so we can see our face clearly. The restaurant workers need to be kind and friendly when they are doing the service especially for breakfast time. Thank you.
