I love the area and how close it is to a lot of shops and stores. The thing I didn't like was that for the price and location of the hotel, there should be an assigned parking spot per room. I went out late with my baby and had to worry about finding STREET perking at 1 am. That's unnaceptable some hotels even provide a parking spot for a fee charge, they just state first come first serve essentially which I don't think is okay.

When booking our stay at this Beverly Inn Hotel / Motel, the reason for making this choice was because the price seemed reasonable. However, upon arrival, we discovered there was nowhere to park our work vehicles. In order to check in, we found a temporary place to park. When entering the building to check in, the Lobby / Check In Office was very warm and uncomfortable making it even hard to breath. Once we checked in and were given access to the room, we were met with not only a foul odor but with no towels to take a shower. Because we had to find a place to park our vehicles, we left and searched for a safe parking spot to no avail. We could not stay at this location and had to book our stay at another hotel. Because we decided not to stay I had requested a refund but I have not yet heard back from Expedia. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this whole situation and would appreciate a reply back from Expedia about getting a refund as we did not stay at this very dirty and disgusting hotel that could not even accommodate parking for my vehicles.

Cons: - the staff was hyper rude and unwelcoming - there was crumbs of food on our bed when we arrived (the room had clearly not been cleaned) - parking was tight and unsafe - when asked for room service, they never responded - place reeked of cigarettes and Indian spices (which i love the smell of at an Indian restaurant, not in my hotel room) - there were boxes stacked in the hallways we had to maneuver around - vending machines were all broken Pros: - conveniently located - affordable in comparison to other places in the location Recommendation: I say pay more for somewhere better. This place was a joke.

The room was very clean and had most amenities. The staff was efficient, she just did her job. I thought the parking situation was a joke, 4 really tight spaces not ok at all. The common area outside in middle reeked of cigarettes. The drink machine was sold out. No coffee maker in room. However. Being clean and relatively safe, I would stay there again.

Convenience, limited and tight parking spaces

Nice clean room, next to a busy street. Parking spaces are for very small space.( small compact car only) and exposed ( warning signs from hotel management; not responsible for any damage done to your car are posted on site)

Older facility with great location close to tourist areas like Sunset Strip, Wilshire Blvd, Petersen Automotive Museum, etc. Covered parking. Somewhat noisy in the morning with traffic on busy Beverly Road. Good value given the location.

Property is at a good location. Can definitely need more cleaning especially in the bathrooms. There was mold on the bathroom mats provided, which is actually a health hazard - something the motel management should be looking into.

The price was good but............. The sheets, blankets, and pillows felt dirty and there was only 2 pillows , with dirty ill fitting pillowcases , for a king bed. There was 2 chairs in the room with nasty stains on them bad enough that you did not want to sit on them. The bathroom was dirty and I killed a cockroach in the bathtub.

My friend and I found bed bugs in the mattresses and eggs all over the chairs and were told they wouldn’t give us a new room or refund.

The bathroom was filled with mold everywhere. We couldn’t even use the shower mat because both sides of it were covered in mold. There was only one towel for the whole weekend and we could never get ahold of anyone to get more. Garbage cans were filled with someone else’s garbage upon check in. It was filthy.

This place is a total dump. Mold in the shower, bath towels that should have been thrown out a long time ago, walls that need to be re painted, old carpet, I could go on and on. If they need money, they should rent the rooms out for horror films, it’s perfect.

Worst hotel I’ve been to in years. I got bed bug bites still sticking with me after I left hotel. TV channels didn’t work. Staff rented room with clogged sink came in to fix while trying to use room. Staff insisted my reservation wasn’t valid. I had to spend an hour on the phone and Expedia came back and said they just got my name wrong. Crazy people screaming in courtyard outside room. No staff supervision. It isn’t worth any money saved .

After I checked in, I pulled up one side of the sheets and mattress protector. I didn’t see any. The room was also missing the extra top lock feature. Later the same day I returned to the hotel and was lying on the bed. I saw a bed bug on the sheets and one on the pillow. I jumped up and I was happy that I had not put my belongings on the bed. I told the front desk and had to text Hotels.com that there was bed bugs. They called the hotel and promised a refund. Waiting for the refund.

The bed was in the most disgusting condition, it had pee stains all over it, it didn’t even have the proper linens on it, the linens were stained as well. The lady at the front desk was rude and refused to come look at the bed and gave me new linens which I had to change them myself. There were people fighting in the room next to me in the middle of the night for hours. The parking spaces were very small and there were things like wood stored around the parking spaces making it even harder to utilize the parking spaces. I only needed a place to sleep and shower thankfully I didn’t have to spend a lot of timethrre. The carpets we’re so dirty my feet turned black from walking bare foot.

We had a very nice room. It was clean and quiet. The mattress on the fold out bed could really use replacement. But other then that it was great. We will be back.

Very old shower and bathroom Room was small

It was fine for my location needs since I wasn't in the room very much, and was only there 2 nights. But as far as decor, I felt like I had stepped back in time to the 70's. Having no coffee machine was a disappointment, and the 2 little flat pillows were not up to hotel par (I asked the front desk for more and she said she would check, but never brought any.) Besides that they were nice enough and I like supporting non-chain establishments, but for the price I expected a little more.

My neck took several days to stop hurting from their paper thin pillows. Otherwise it was clean and pleasant for a night.

Tv didn’t work in room the whole 4 days we stayed and no one knew how to fix it!

noise from the road .the website says that there is a hairdryer and an iron in the rooms, but in fact there is no one. in some rooms there is no closet . the room was damp and dusty.there are few parking lots. but in general the price and quality correspond to

Very hard bed

Took us a few goes to find out where to book in as GPS led us to the side entrance, which looked like the back. Once sorted was fine. Off street parking. Enclosed courtyard feel to the units. Roomy, clean, table and two chairs. Could only get one channel on the TV. Rooms refreshed every day.

Tv didn't work properly. They came to fix it several times and still had problems

The both the couple receptionist were very very kind to me! And went beyond my expectation of this hotel! I will certainly return back here the next time! Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights. The best part was the excellent customer service. I felt like the front desk staff was really looking out for their guests. If we needed something, they quickly delivered it to our door. Housekeeping was great, too. The room was fine for the price. The motel is close to the La Brea Tar Pits and The Grove. It’s an older motel, but it suited our needs. The only main point of frustration was that there is not enough parking. If all the spaces are taken, you park in the street (and you have to move your car by 8 am.)

Well other than they are remodeling you couldn’t tell the property is clean. The new younger owners are great and so friendly.i stay here at least 3 times a month. It’s about a 5-10 min easy walk to the grove CBS studios is a cross the street if you want to go to a taping of the Price Is Right with host Drew Carey.Hollywood and Highland a short drive about 10-15 mins also there is West Hollywood 5 mins away and let’s not forget the Beverly Center 5 min and Beverly Hills 10-15 mins away. There are also great eateries near by. And don’t forget the NY Cake Pops down the street they are to die for only a 10 min walk. It’s clean it’s fresh plenty of things to do who wouldn’t want to stay here.

Was pleasantly surprised! The room is spacious, very clean, bathroom is a good size with linen and sheets immaculately white! The staff is friendly and accommodating! A great value for the price i paid. And the location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the Grove mall!👏👏👏!

The property badly needs to be remodeled. If you change out to a white comforter, it would make it more updated. No coffee, tea or ceramic cup! I even brought my own coffee and milk. The little plastic cups that you provide would not withstand microwave heat. Please at least provide an electric water kettle!

They lady was rude upon my checking in. Also, bummed there was no coffee or pastries for breakfast as advertised. Otherwise, suitable stay for a 2 star hotel.

I was needing a room in this area for an early appointment I found this online, concerned by pictures! The manager had just bought the property as it was very clean, accommodating, friendly, safe, parking ! … it needs serious updating but wow the price, location, food,

Friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast

The “laundry facilities” were 900m away. TVs in 2 out of 3 rooms did not work. Aircons were old and noisy. No idea where the coffee and breakfast were. Could only get one key card for the doors. Staff were grumpy And we had plastic wrapped mattresses, ugh.

Good for a night , just wish there was a microwave. Liked that there was 3 beds for my family of 5
