Lakeside Retreat on Lake Whitney | Game Room, Hammock Area | Family-Friendly Fun

This is an amazing place to stay. The property is set up for large groups to interact comfortably. It is an oasis. The host is amazing and very responsive.

The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed.

The stay was exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time and the lake house was super clean, well equipped. Would definitely come back!

Lovely home. Plenty of room for gathering in different spaces; the design of the home is really interesting; we liked it. Clean and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen. Property manager was very responsive. The view of the lake is not amazing, but okay. It's peaceful and quiet there. Neighbors are not particularly close by. Needed some lightbulbs for the outside deck. Check in/out procedures were clear and easy. One television in the whole house -- it's in the living area and is one of the best and easiest to use TVs that we've encountered in a VRBO. Bunk beds are both upstairs in an open area, and there are more downstairs in the living/dining/kitchen open area. No garbage disposal. Lovely trees close to the house and they can be seen from both floors - really beautiful. Closest grocery store was 20 minutes away (Family Dollar was five minutes)...there's not much to do or see in the area, except the lake of course. Primary bedroom/bath downstairs is huge and well appointed. Two upstairs bedrooms are much smaller, but nice enough. Could use some updated window treatments.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the kitchen was awesome, it looked right at the lake. Big house, bit everything was right where you needed it to be.
