This property is situated in a pleasant, safe, and quiet area, surrounded by multiple streams and incredible views. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is safe for children, and we experienced no interruptions, loud noises, or any issues with other tenants. We would definitely stay here again. It's a great place!

We enjoyed the view of Mammoth Mountain from the living room, the moon and stars out the front door. We took camp chairs down to creekside on a warm day and enjoyed sitting and appreciating the ambience. The nearby meadow was great for walks for us and our dog. It was easy to hop onto 395 to ride to places with great views of aspen in full color.

This was a comfortable place for a family vacation (5 adults and one dog). Kitchen is well equipped and I love the location. An easy walk to the town loop trail and the grocery store is nearby. I recommend bringing camp chairs in order to enjoy sitting out by the babbling brook in the lawn area.
