The best way to describe the experience was deliberate and thoughtful. From furnishings to beach toys to separate family areas, it was a wonderful experience. Alia was a wonderful and responsive property manager. Even with the rain and weather this house was the perfect mix of large areas and small intimate spots to gather. We will be back next year!

The house and location were fantastic. Our host made everything very easy. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children had individual and common spaces that made the vacation so much more enjoyable. Walks on the beach were amazing. Mahalo!

Plenty of space for our large family, and every possible amenity you can ask for, from kitchen utensils, to life jackets, boogie boards, sand toys, flashlights, etc. The list can go on and on. Management was very professional and also checked up on us several times during our stay. The only suggestion I could make is the signs warning about locking your valuables because of possible crime in the area is in every room of the house, and can give the feeling of anxiety rather than relaxation. Lawyers are not in the vacation rental home business and sometimes protecting yourself legally can have adverse affects on the guests. Let me stress that I ALWAYS felt safe in the area and never experienced any crime whatsoever. We look forward to coming back here many times. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children in Hawaii to celebrate our 50th anniversary. This home is beautiful and spacious, all the bedrooms have their own bathroom and there was plenty of space both inside and outside for our group. We especially enjoyed the wall of windows in the living room and dining room. Since we were coming from the Central Time Zone and up early, we really enjoyed watching the sun come up from those rooms. The beach is just a short walk from the house and both the neighborhood and the beach are in a quiet and safe area. There is a grocery store and Starbucks very close and Kailua Town is close also and easy to get to. We very much enjoyed our stay in Place in Paradise.
