Overall we had a good experience. The breakfast had good options, but the serving area is small and not well organized. The wait time was long, and they ran out of some things. Also the pool was closed during our stay. We used the gym which was nice.

Issues with water intrusion next to the air conditioner in our room some clothes got wet, also elevator was finicky. Breakfast was fantastic and pool was very nice/clean. Bed was just as comfortable and clean as any Marriott is, would stay again.

Heads up that parking is NOT included in the price of your stay. Clean room and spacious bathroom but the walls are very thin so be aware that you will hear everything going on around you. The doors are really heavy so it echos throughout the halls everytime someone opens and closes them. Only one elevator was working at the time so we took the stairs.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Great staff, super clean, breakfast every day was really good. The workout area was nice. The only few issues (which were very minor) were the slow elevators, and I had to keep asking for bath towels because we have 6 in our family and only 3 towels were provided each day. We would stay there again. Huge plus was Costco right next to the hotel.

Complimentary Breakfast was nice. But parking was not free. Had to pay $9 per night. Found that at some hotels, parking is included whereas some other hotels nearby charge $20-30 for parking. The room was clean. Staff was available until late. Overall, nice experience. Will stay here again.

Rooms were not as clean. We had to wipe down the couch in the room ourselves and there were Cobb webs do certain areas of the carpet were not thoroughly cleaned.

The room was very dirty. Bed was not made. Towels had hair and marks from dirty hands being wiped on them. Bathroom was very dirty and not cleaned. The bed was hard as a rock and moved anytime you rolled over. The incidental fee was $250 which was not expected and ridiculous. Great value for the area but you pay for what you get clearly.

We got there and it was packed, but the front desk attendant welcomed everyone that came in with a smile and took care of all of us with patience and care. The service/kitchen staff were great. Very friendly and willing to help. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was 4 of us, my husband and my two boys. We had a king bed and a pull out couch. They were comfortable. The pool was clean even though we couldn’t use it, still too cold. I traveled with my service animal, they were super nice to her and respectful. I would stay here again. We were down for the Braves game. Great restaurants around and the mall super close. Thank you for making our short trip a pleasurable one.

We loved our stay, clean and wonderful and staff was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is the frosted bathroom door. If my husband or I went in the bathroom in the morning everyone else is woken up by the light. We ended up using the lobby bathroom so as not to wake up the kids.

I loved the friendliness of the staff. Monique was very helpful! The cleaning staff is efficient. The only negative was the room doors being heavy and shutting extremely loud, but we would definitely stay again.

First time visiting and my overall stay, 1star the television didn't work we had to call someone to fix it. Then the TV constantly kept going out. ALSO the room was very dark. The Front desk and maintenance stated they we're going to bring a lamp back and they never did.

My family of 4 adults, 1 child, had to make an unexpected emergency trip to the Atlanta area for a funeral. We needed a single room for everyone, and this more than met our needs. Hotel staff was super friendly. Facility looks fairly new, and is in a nice area. Only complaint would be that the configuration of the room put the bathroom directly in the middle of the room, and it did not have a lockable door. Minor inconvenience, but might be useful information for another family considering the same scenario we faced.

Throughout our stay, we were not provided with a room key for our accommodation.Instead , the staff had to use a master key to grant us access to our room each time. While we appreciate the staff's assistance ,the situation caused us significant discomfort and a sense of insecurity,as it deviated from the standard expectations of privacy and convenience. we choose your hotel for its reputation for quality of service which is missing in this stay.

Already paid for my stay in August for my trip in October and I knew that I had to pay $20 a night for incidentals that is returned after check out. The guy at front desk ask if it was prepaid and I thought he meant type of card and he charged my daughters card $250 as he said I should’ve understand that he was asking if stay was prepaid. It should have shown I was already paid. My daughter had $250 less to spend on our trip because the money takes days to fall off her bank account. The room was pretty clean but a little cramped. Connecting lock didn’t lock…someone could came in our room. Breakfast was pretty good but this kid sneezed all over the utensils…which I don’t blame the hotel but the parent should’ve done something about that. I wish I paid a little more for hotel we stayed at past July across the street. An apology was given but nothing else especially that the front desk guy said to my husband what did you say rudely what did you say when my husband said he wanted my daughters card fixed. He also said rudely to me did you not understand what I said when I asked if card was prepaid. I won’t stay here again because of the rudeness and room was cramped in my opinion. Too much money for the hotel stay.

Because I booked to a third party, your hotel would not allow me to change from 1 king to 2 queen beds. I had just booked the rest of my family at Home2 by Hilton, down the street and they gave me no hazzle but changed with a smile on their faces and no additional charges. I booked through a 3rd party also for the 3 rooms at Home2. Your manager and the clerk started to lecture me about why they could not do it. I don't want a lecture when I come to a hotel. It is either yes or no and give me the key since I had already paid.

We chose to stay here because it was close to the Marta train station. We had to catch a flight out the next day. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. They do serve breakfast and it is more than a continental breakfast. We did have a heart stopping encounter while staying here. At 5:15 am the smoke alarms went off in the building and everyone was rushed outside for at least an hour. The manager on duty did a good job of making sure everyone was accounted for out in the parking lot while the fire crews did their investigation.Thank goodness it wasn't a big issue, but I have never gotten dressed so fast in my life. I think the building should have an intercom system that announces that everyone needs to get out at once. We did have an encounter with the front desk attendant that evening. We went to ask her a question and she totally ignored us and would not even look at us. We were taken back by that and found it rather rude. She did finally answer our question, but in my opinion, the person you have working the front desk should have good people skills.

This was a great location! The moment we walked in the door, it was welcoming and clean! Everyone was helpful and friendly! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room was on the highway side, but there was surprisingly no traffic noise. The last day of our stay, the parking lot was full - which meant the building was full. Even will a full building, it was still just as quiet as the first night! This location was very convenient to everything we did while in Atlanta. It was easy on and off the interstate and centrally located to many of the main Atlanta attractions.

The property is very nice. Convenient and easy parking. The breakfast was great. The pillows and room itself were comfortable and had everything needed. My into it complaint was the noise. It was near interstate/highway and very loud all nite long near the window. It was also very loud in the hallway and above us. So we did not get very much peaceful rest all nite. Made for a very long drive home. Other than that- I would definitely consider staying again. I will just take a fan or noise machine to be prepared.

Hotel staff was friendly and approachable. Perfect location for our visits purpose but it was a plus to have the mall and restaurants within a short drive. Train station was few blocks a way we used to get to downtown ATL.... only a stones through pun intended to Stone Mountain Park... had a great time there.

Our family had a nice stay, staff was friendly specially the kitchen staff. Good options for free breakfast, Marlon in the cafeteria was very attentive when I requested for more cream for my coffee, he was making sure everything was restocked. Staff was trying to keep hotel clean during entire day. I would stay again at this hotel.

Honestly I’ve experienced far better at Marriott Hotels. The breakfast was limited the chafing dishes were empty half hour before closing time every day. They also placed us in a disabled room when we paid for a regular room and blamed us for choosing the wrong room.
