Vackert hotell med jättevackert läge. Här finns superstor potential. Tyvärr var personalen inte särskilt hjälpsam, baren stängde klockan 21, och det krävdes en reservation att få äta i en tom restaurang… deras onsen skulle också kunna förbättras. Nu såg man inte ut mot den fantastiska utsikten över Mount Fuji eftersom de satt för fönster och persienner. Som sagt - en potential som inte förvaltas. Synd på ett så vackert ställe. Och med den svansföringen borde servicen ligga på en helt annan nivå.

In a country where the hotel staff provides impeccable service, this hotel falls short. The front desk had no manners and appeared annoyed by any requests. The hotel itself is in a great location and my room view was of the lake and Mt Fuji beyond.

Fabulous room overlooking Mount Fuji. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff very helpful suggesting the best ways to get around. Amenities were great and good choice of restaurants with a very good buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. Highly recommend a stay here
