Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in diesem kleinen tollen Hotel. Die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit einer schönen großen Dusche. Das Frühstück ist nicht riesig, hat aber alles was man braucht. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Der kostenfreie Hotel-Parkplatz ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Eine Bushaltestelle ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Llegamos en la noche y el check inn fue inmediato. Lo único fue qué nos alojaron en el edificio del costado, en el segundo piso y no tenía ascensor para subir las maletas. El restaurante es muy rico y el desayuno es básico pero estaba muy bien.

Der Empfang war gut und freundlich, die Parkplätze auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite umsonst. Das Zimmer, naja. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sanierungsstau an allen ecken.Für diesen preis hab ich Hotels gehabt die um Welten besser waren. Für die eine nacht ging es aber kein zweites mal.

Leider war dass Bett dreckig und nur mit einem Laken bedeckt.Kein Spannbettlaken und der Topper viel zugross und dreckig. Im Bad Schimmel so wie die Heizung verdreckt. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir das für das Geld nicht gebucht. Schade

Boutique is a bit of a stretch - room was very tired and a bit fusty though resolved by opening a window. Nice walk into town. Didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but breakfast was lovely. Good for a one night stopover. Car park is directly over road from hotel.

Hatte das Zimmer wegen der ausgeschriebenen Klimaanlage gebucht.. Als ich in das Zimmer kam stand dort ein Ventilator und das Zimmer selbst war unfassbar heiß. Für Urlauber in Ordnung aber nicht wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist. Fenster konnte man wegen Mücken nachts nicht auf lassen.. Frühstück war okay.

Wow! What a beautiful hotel. In my opinion, room 11 knocked it out of the park. Yes, I had to climb up 3 flights of stairs (what not everybody is able to do) but the view from the room made it all worth it. Great price too. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay at this nice hotel in Baden-Baden and I will always return. The staff has been very nice. The room (solo travel) is roomy for a hotel in Germany. I particularly love the towel heater in the bathroom, the view from the room, and the comfortable bed.

Es war eine Business Reise und somit musste ich auch Büroarbeiten im Zimmer erledigen. Leider zu dunkel und der Schreibtisch nicht geeignet zum arbeiten. Und tagsüber zu laut, Zimmer an der Straße. Für Urlaubsreisen passt es wunderbar.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir an der Rezeption aufgefordert, den Zimmerpreis zu bezahlen. Ich war zwar etwas perplex, weil ich glaubte ihn schon entrichtet zu haben, doch ich vertraute der Rezeptionistin und bezahlte. Im Zimmer Recherche ich und stellte fest, bei Expedia gebucht und bezahlt zu haben. also wieder zur Rezeption und ein klärendes Gespräch versucht. Die junge Dame war überfordert, der hinzugetretene Chef versicherte mir aber, die Angelegenheit in Ordnung zu bringen.

Front desk stayed open past hours and walked us to our rooms. Then let the kitchen know we wanted dinner past hours too. Dinner was great, our rooms nice and modern, and breakfast was plenty with good coffee.

Reception closed earlier than 8pm as expected and we didn’t realise we were in an annexe at no.9. We’d had a very long journey from Italy and very tired so it was difficult to read the information inside the envelope we had been left along with the key. Plus I have mobility problems so wasn’t expecting to walk from main building at no.5 to annexe at no.9. And my husband was disappointed there were no tea-making facilities in room.

Plus I have mobility problems so wasn’t expecting to walk from main building at no.5 to annexe at no.9. And my husband was disappointed there were no tea-making facilities in room.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the property itself because we never got to check in. 😕 All I can say is read the check-in instructions. READ the check-in instructions. READ ALL THE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS!! It clearly is my fault for not doing so, which resulted in us not being able to access our room due to missing the check-in window by 20 minutes. 😑 The word “Boutique” in the name should have been a flag for me. If the timing of your travels will not allow you to arrive during the very narrow check-in window of 3-8, then call ahead so they can give you a code to get in I guess. When I booked the reservation I saw that they supposedly have a restaurant on site. When we arrived at 8:20, the entire place was completely pitch black and shut down so not sure how they have a restaurant unless they stop serving meals around 7. I’m purely writing this review so anyone else thinking this might be a quaint place to stay will be fully aware of what to expect and not end up in the same boat we did having to pay for another room elsewhere. We had trouble making calls throughout our trip so contacting them ahead of time as suggested was not possible. However we thoroughly enjoyed the thermal bath experience which is the whole reason we went Baden Baden in the first place so it wasn’t a total loss. 😌

Brilliant. Great, comfy room with a little seating area. Receptionist very helpful and recommended Petra's food and wine in town which was lovely food and atmosphere. Bus is about 3 mins easy walk and regular bus to town and to the train station. Comfy beds, great shower, plentiful and tasty breakfast. Totally recommend

Superb personable hotel 15/20 mins walk from centre of Baden-Baden with bus stops 5 mins walk away for connections to the train station or Iffezheim racecourse . Being away from the centre of town ensured a quiet stay and very competitive room rates . My single room had a small balcony with a very pleasant scenic view and hotel breakfast was excellent . There is also a very friendly restaurant (bierbrunnen) just 5 mins walk away . Only negative i can give is there was no room safe or fridge, but , even so, if i was to return to this area i would not hesitate to book here again .

The location was perfect. One block to the bus stop and then five minute ride to the main tourist area. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was very good with reasonable prices and good portions. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet.

Ein kleines und feines Hotel, eine halbe Stunde fussläufig zur Stadtmitte. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer im Nebenhaus und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. In dem sehr ansprechend neu renovierten Bad könnte es noch eine Ablagefläche geben, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Bett war für mich bequem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend an allem was das Herz begehrt, vor allem hat das frische Obst bei mir gepunktet. Die Dame im Frühstücksservice war sehr nett und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer vorzeitig bezugsbereit, sauber, ruhig, zentral, gutes Wlan, habe prima geschlafen. Abendessen fein und freundlicher Service, Frühstück von guter Qualität und genug Auswahl, freundliches Auschecken. Alles bestens.

Front desk stayed open past hours and walked us to our rooms. Then let the kitchen know we wanted dinner past hours too. Dinner was great, our rooms nice and modern, and breakfast was plenty with good coffee.

The room was good sized, and very comfortable. When we arrived, the staff was very helpful in showing me where to park. The restaurant at the restaurant was excellent. A very pleasant stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Bade—Baden, including a lovely meal sat outside in the Italian restaurant. We had a large room, and it certainly was (No9), with a roomy well appointed en-suite, and newly fitted aircon that was a godsend in soaring temperatures! Staff were all very pleasant and put us to shame with their excellent grasp of our language. Nice buffet continental breakfast set us up for the day. Parking free just across the road. Would definitely revisit if passing this way again.
