Fiquei decepcionada! Hotel com muitas infiltrações, quartos mal conservados, troquei de quarto, pois o primeiro estava c cheiro de mofo, o outro q me colocaram tb, mas menos. Colchão horrível, afundava e qdo um se mexia, o outro sentia ..protetor do colchão era d solteiro e ficava só no meio da cama de casal, travesseiros tb ruins, chuveiro não esquentava, dos 5 dias q ficamos , 3 foram de banho morninho.. piscinas c aguas turvas, spa sem pressão.. Gostei café da manhã muito bom . Funcionários bem atenciosos, item q fez diferença.

O hotel é muito bom, boa estrutura, tudo novo e bem feito. Funcionários bem treinados e cordiais. O café da manhã muito bom e ganhou 5 estrelas. Além de uma ótima localização. Uma piscina maravilhosa na cobertura, com vistas para o mar e para o morro do Careca. Não dei 5 estrelas na limpeza pq no dia de chegada o vaso estava um pouco sujo, pois quem limpou não levantou a tampa e no decorrer dos dias sempre faltava algo no banheiro, tais como piso e ou toalhas de rosto, que tínhamos de reclamar para vir. O espaço do quarto é bom, assim como do banheiro. O único é grave problema, reside no fato de o ar condicionado ser central e muito, mas muito barulhento mesmo. Se você tem dificuldades com barulhos para dormir, melhor escolher outro hotel. Para mim incomodou, mas sou bem resiliente, neste caso. Se ficaria lá de novo? sim, mas despenderia do custo .
