On arrival I enquired about room service,the lady on reception informed me that it has been cancelled for tonight and the restaurant was fully booked and hopefully I could get a meal in the lounge bar if they could fit me in or alternatively order a kebab to be delivered to the hotel. I then asked the question about the above, which the receptionist replied we’re mainly a golf destination. There’s only three people staying outside the main Golf group and you’re one of them so our main business is golfers. My point to her was why couldn’t the hotel of let the people know especially with them just being three of them me one of them by email or phone call to say that the Restaurant was fully booked. The room services have been cancelled and you might be able to get a meal in the lounge as I would’ve eaten somewhere else before I arrived at the hotel if I knew how busy it was. I did manage to order in the lounge a couple of minutes before a member of staff came in and said no more orders to be taken the head chefs says,I’ve got in there by literally a couple of minutes the food took a while to arrive and half of it was cold on arrival, which I didn’t bring it up and eat it anyway because of the time it was and I was hungry by that time.
