Great airport hotel, not a single noise once in the room either from outside or from neighbours. breakfast amazing - especially the Nespresso coffee machine for Pro. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Gym is well equipped, clean and fresh with windows. beds very comfortable.

There's a shuttle available from the airport to this property (4th stop on the shuttle line S22) for 80 NOK each way, and stops outside the hotel at 10 after and 40 minutes after the hour for the return trip to the airport, which is very quick since it's the last stop before heading to the airport. I thought the hotel was good value for the money, and the included buffet breakfast was very good.

Rommet var reid opp til alle 3 personer, så det var et pluss da vi ankom sent og skulle ta et veldig tidlig fly. Her kommer det negative: det var mye støv på gulvet (lå støvdotter rundt omkring). Sluken i dysjen var helt tett så det gikk ikke an å dysje. Jeg selv var i dysjen i ca 20 sekund da hele badet ble oversvømt. Jeg klagte på dette og vi ble tilbytt et nytt rom. Det var uaktuelt for oss da vi hadde pakket alt av kofferter ut for å pakke om før avreise og pga klokken nærmet seg midnatt. (Vi skulle reise fra hotellet klokken 03.00) Vi fikk istedet romnøkkel til et hotellrom i nærheten så vi kunne dysje der. Helt grei løsning men ikke helt ideelt da jeg som hadde såpe over hele meg måtte sprade bort i håndkleet. Det luktet også muggent fra sluken, så regnet med den ikke har vært renset på en veldig god stund. Dette er snakk om romnr 2206 som skal være et "familierom".

My room and bedding was not as clean as preferred and my toilet was dirty. Also, when I inquired about airport shuttle, I wasn’t told it was a city public bus. However, it was very convenient and easily managed with several heavy pieces of luggage. The lobby was clean and the restaurant also was clean and lovely. Breakfast was excellent.

Romslig rom. Størrelse på rommene pleier å være litt ymse på noen av hotellene og utleiesteder man finner rundt Gardermoen, men her ble vi imponert. Til tross for at dette rommet var i en rimelig prisklasse var det altså stort, med sofa, stol, bord, arbeidsbord og senger til to. Og god plass til å stue bort koffertene. Trivelige folk i resepsjonen og god frokost.

It is a very mediocre hotel. We were in transit and wanted to spend one night in Oslo and booked this hotel. The beds are horrible and very uncomfortable. They are supposed to be the top most in any hotel. Their breakfast was really superb though.

Varmeovnen bråker. Nå har jeg bodd her mange ganger, hvertfall 6-7 ganger. Og på samtlige rom jeg har bodd på i 3 og 4 etasje lager varmeovnen en "klikke-lyd". Det holder emg våken om natten og jeg må bruke ørepropper. Ellers er hotellet flott. Hyggelig personale, godt over norm frokost og en knallgod amaretto sour i baren. Han skalla bartenderen med ring i øret er en keeper. Mitt livs amaretto på thon hotell hadde jeg ikke trodd.

The hotel rooms are very nice, especially the comfortable bed and the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing. My only complaint is that the room was about 25 C and never really cooled down even with the window open.

This is the first time in approximately 10 years using expedia that we have such an awful experience. We only stayed for one night, there was only one person at the front desk and it took us forever to be able to check in. But the worst part was trying to get in touch with the hotel to get my airpods back, they never responded our email not even when expedia support tried to. I called a million times and when they finally picked up the phone the answer was “did you send an email?” “you have to call next week for the lost and found staff”, even when I told her that the friend that could pick them up was only staying in Oslo for 2 days. I even tried on instagram. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Overall our stay was very pleasant, the breakfast staff and food were amazing, 5 star. Dinner staff were also a bit dismissive, one crew only, we stayed 5 days and met the second crew, really amazing The only difficulty was checking in, the front desk staffs members were not acknowledging the hotel can be booked in many different ways. She kept saying I need “our reference number”, she simply refused to read my reservation. After a few min she said we are good to check in. Beds are small, I am told all Europeans are like that

One check in clerk was very helpful. She provided me with the airport shuttle schedule and arranged a box breakfast. She also offered to charge my phone for me as I was experiencing difficulty with my charger. When I got downstairs with my phone, a different desk clerk did not want to help me. She tried to send me away to buy a new charger. I had been traveling for 14 hours and was exhausted. Her reluctance to help was distressing. In the end the phone was charged, but not without much persuasion.

Enter 1,5 timer flyforsinkelse, over 2 timer bagasjekrøll på Gardermoen og en koffert i manko ankom vi hotellet ca 04:30. rom på hotellet var booket og forhåndsbetalt. Da er det ikke greit å vente i 20 minutter på å få sjekket inn. Dataproblemer, systemfeil eller manglende opplæring?

Mange kom sent på kvelden til hotellet. En på vakt i resepsjon. Lang kø for å sjekke inn. Veldig rart med så lite mannskap på et stort og travelt hotell. Fikk rett og slett vondt av den unge damen i resepsjonen, som gjorde så godt hun kunne.

I loved the front desk on the day we check out at 4:30am and they (without us asking) had put together breakfast bags for us to take to the airport! I was very pleasantly surprised and the 2 working at the front desk were so kind to do this, we were very impressed. Also, their attitudes were so helpful and kind. I meant to send them a kudo. It was a man and a woman working the morning of July 23. They were great.

The staff at the front desk were especially helpful, both the gentleman at check-in, and the young lady who was there when we left for the airport at 3:30 AM. We appreciated their assistance -- arranging a cab for our departure earlier than the bus ran, and arranging a breakfast box, which we hadn't thought of. We were there for only one night, for proximity to the airport for a very early flight, but found the property to be clean and comfortable.

Zeer goed hotel, grote kamers, zeer goed bed, fantastisch ontbijtbuffet. Het restaurant sluit iets te vroeg. Om 10 u. We kwamen om 9u55 aan en wilden nog een hapje eten. Dat moest heel snel gaan en enkel nog de keuze uit pizza’s?!? Dat was jammer.
