North Star Lodge & Resort

I have stayed here before but this time we got upgraded due to the lift being out of order and my hubby is disabled so we got a suite on floor 3 the entrance floor. It was stunning either way a massive jacuzzi bath in the bedroom and a great sized bathroom with large shower. Also had a kitchen and living room with views over Killington. Lovely hotel would recommend.

Room was clean. Shower needed a remodel. Water pressure not great and tub a bit worn. Beds were not super comfortable but not awful. Room on road side had a bit of traffic noise.

While the property needs updating, the price was great and, it wasn’t the staff that made it enjoyable, it was the people who are regular visitors, who took the time to show me around and chat by the awesome fire in the lobby. The outdoor pool looked like it needed to be cleaned, but it was a very nice treat on a cold winter day!

Good vibe hotel with heated pool! But room average, cleaness average, staff nice, good location.

The room was basic with poor quality bed and bedding, sink was cracked, blinds were broken, no room darkening curtains, view of commercial parking lot with plows, door security lock broke, etc. Fitness room not open before 8 am and no staff on duty in morning. The parking lot was not plowed to roll luggage in. The price was very expensive for thd accommodation provided.
