Een echte aanrader als je de kerstmarkt bezoekt. Wij hadden een prachtig uitzicht op de kerstmarkt voor het hotel. Parkeren was door de drukte een kleine uitdaging, maar het is uiteindelijk gelukt om een plekje te bemachtigen in de parkeergarage onder de Heumarkt. De kamers zijn netjes, hebben goede bedden en de badkamer is modern. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en zouden hier zeker terug willen komen bij een volgend bezoek aan Keulen.

The hotel is in a great location! Wonderful for sight-seeing, it was very clean, the restaurant was very busy! The only downfall was that there was no air conditioning, which made us keep the window open. Even this we could have lived with, as they provided a new fan. But the noise from outside: from sirens, to motorcycles, to an early-morning trash truck, they made it difficult to sleep. Everything was great except the noise. In a cooler time of year, these would not have been an issue.

Very basic hotel. No amenities in room. Bathroom was nice, but no extra blanket or pillows. Entrance is strange - through the outdoor restaurant seating. Door is locked until a waiter sees you and lets you in, until after you get your key. Then you’re at a self-service check-in. It works, but it’s very impersonal. Room was clean but hallways and stairs were dirty.

Good hotel for a brief stay. The hotel itself in on 2-4ths floors of the building; the first floor is a very busy restaurant... Great things: - they let me check in early - despite having the restaurant of the first floor, the rooms are quiet... Areas for improvement: - no air conditioning/thermostate in the rooms; I needed to keep the windows open to lower the room temp - stair case is carpeted, but the carpet in dirty - the access card to the building does not work at night; i and another customer had to bang on the door and the windows for at least 10 min before someone came to open the door. The reception is not staffed at night... - shower is a sad story... They use 40 cm glass panel to shied the water, which still pours on the floor in the common bathroom area... So, I literally had to mop the floors every single time I would use the shower... Please make it more practical... - no safeboxes in the rooms for any valuables... The hotel is in a great location for the Christmas markets. It's above a restaurant, which is where breakfast is served. Our room has a magnificent view of the market, and it had an updated bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and pristine. The hotel overall feels a little dated, but part of that is the sparse decoration. I needed ice for a cooler which the restaurant downstairs kindly provided. I tried to order a beer to bring back to the room from the restaurant, but that wasn't an option.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich spitze. Man kann alles Sehenswerte problemlos erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer in Ordnung. Nur die Parkmöglichkeiten sind richtig schlecht-man soll ins Parkhaus fahren und bezahlt dann für nicht einmal 24 Std ganze 32€!

Das Hotel ist höchstens gut für eine Nacht. Veraltete Einrichtung in den Zimmern, keine Klimaanlage, kein Safe, Kleiderschrank ohne Türen, Moibilar veraltet und abgenutzt. Matratzen hart, kann man sich grad sogut auf den Boden legen. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt ,nur Bett zugedeckt, keine Laken gewechselt. Putzfrau respektierte das "Bitte nicht stören Schild" nicht, und stand auf einmal im Zimmer, obwohl die Tür abgeschlossen war! Personal an der Rezeption zimlich unfreundlich. Ich werde nie mehr ein Zimmer da reservieren.
Das Hotel ist höchstens gut für eine Nacht. Veraltete Einrichtung in den Zimmern, keine Klimaanlage, kein Safe, Kleiderschrank ohne Türen, Moibilar veraltet und abgenutzt. Il manquait un lit, la douche était bouché, le lit pliant qu’on nous a amené était cassé, j’a failli prendre l’armoire pas fixée au mur sur la tête, les toilettes étaient salle, le cendrier sur le balcon pas vidé et le service désagréable. Avec en plus un monsieur qui rentre tous les matins à 9h30 dans la chambre pour faire le ménage. Voilà quoi… à oui, c’est cher en plus

Ein schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Restaurant. Checkin war top, sehr nette Dame am Empfang. Alles sehr sauber. Kölner Kneipenszene unmittelbar daneben. Komme gerne wieder.

Soviel Dreck und Schmutz in einem SO KLEINEN Zimmer hatten wir zuletzt im Trip Inn Ariane in Köln.. Betten leider SEHR HART, Zimmer viel zu klein. Keine Rolläden, nur (zu kleine) Gardinen, Nee, nicht noch einmal. Lieber nen Fuffi mehr zahlen und dafür ein besseres Hotel. Sehr hellhörig, viel Lärm auf den Fluren

Toplage am Heumarkt, Mobiliar im Zimmer zwar etwas altertümlich angehaucht aber Matratzen sehr bequem, Bad neu, schick und sauber. Wir kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder, wenn wir das Amphi-Festival besuchen.

It's in a wonderful little square, and close to the train and popular attractions. it was a little loud, and no AC as far as I saw so windows open means you're getting up when the area becomes crowded and loud, and staying up as late as the area is still crowded, which means midnight.

We went to experience the Christmas markets in Cologne and were delighted at the excellent location of the Hotel. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and accomodating.

Very basic hotel. No amenities in room. Bathroom was nice, but no extra blanket or pillows. Entrance is strange - through the outdoor restaurant seating. Door is locked until a waiter sees you and lets you in, until after you get your key. Then you’re at a self-service check-in. It works, but it’s very impersonal. Room was clean but hallways and stairs were dirty.

Good hotel for a brief stay. The hotel itself in on 2-4ths floors of the building; the first floor is a very busy restaurant... Great things: - they let me check in early - despite having the restaurant of the first floor, the rooms are quiet... Areas for improvement: - no air conditioning/thermostate in the rooms; I needed to keep the windows open to lower the room temp - stair case is carpeted, but the carpet in dirty - the access card to the building does not work at night; i and another customer had to bang on the door and the windows for at least 10 min before someone came to open the door. The reception is not staffed at night... - shower is a sad story... They use 40 cm glass panel to shied the water, which still pours on the floor in the common bathroom area... So, I literally had to mop the floors every single time I would use the shower... Please make it more practical... - no safeboxes in the rooms for any valuables... They claimed that the the hotel is safe, but with the restaurant guests going back and worths, I feel in needed the safe...

In all my travelling, this is the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. All four members of staff (three at reception and one in the restaurant) went above and beyond to accommodate my request / just generally make my life easier. Das Hotel ist höchstens gut für eine Nacht. Veraltete Einrichtung in den Zimmern, keine Klimaanlage, kein Safe, Kleiderschrank ohne Türen, Moibilar veraltet und abgenutzt. Matratzen hart, kann man sich grad sogut auf den Boden legen. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt ,nur Bett zugedeckt, keine Laken gewechselt. Putzfrau respektierte das "Bitte nicht stören Schild" nicht, und stand auf einmal im Zimmer, obwohl die Tür abgeschlossen war! Personal an der Rezeption zimlich unfreundlich. Ich werde nie mehr ein Zimmer da reservieren.

It's in a wonderful little square, and close to the train and popular attractions. it was a little loud, and no AC as far as I saw so windows open means you're getting up when the area becomes crowded and loud, and staying up as late as the area is still crowded, which means midnight.

The hotel is in a great location! Wonderful for sight-seeing, it was very clean, the restaurant was very busy! The only downfall was that there was no air conditioning, which made us keep the window open. Even this we could have lived with, as they provided a new fan. But the noise from outside: from sirens, to motorcycles, to an early-morning trash truck, they made it difficult to sleep. Everything was great except the noise. In a cooler time of year, these would not have been an issue.

Sehr zentral. Aber uns war nicht bewusst, dass auch unter der Woche Abends so ein Publikumsverkehr ist. Sehr lange ( 5.00 Uhr morgens ) ziemlich laut. Es war warm und man musste die Fenster auflassen. Und um 7.00 ging es mit Stadtreinigung und Baustellen los. Sonst sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This was a perfect place to stay the night while enjoying the city's many different christmas markets. It is perfectly situated beside one of the markets which made it easy for us to take a break in our room, use the washroom and drop off packages. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich spitze. Man kann alles Sehenswerte problemlos erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer in Ordnung. Nur die Parkmöglichkeiten sind richtig schlecht-man soll ins Parkhaus fahren und bezahlt dann für nicht einmal 24 Std ganze 32€!

Väldigt centralt och bra läge med gångavstånd till centralstationen. Hårda sängar. Luktade avlopp från duschbrunnen hela helgen som spreds sig till hela rummet, ej trevligt. Frukost kostade 15 €, med tanke på serverat utbud så var det inte värt pengarna. Daglig städning, men ingen ordning på byte av handdukar. Ena dagen hade de tagit bort badlakanen och ersatt med små handdukar.

Morgenbuffetten var virkelig ringe og restauranten var beskidt og snusket og blev brugt til opbevaring af en del køleskabe og en masse møbler. Trist at se hvor dårligt denne restaurant har udviklet sig siden for 5 år siden.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage,super zum shoppen man ist mitten in der Innenstadt, Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hat eine reichliche Auswahl an Speisen die hervorragend schmecken. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel is in a great location for the Christmas markets. It's above a restaurant, which is where breakfast is served. Our room has a magnificent view of the market, and it had an updated bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and pristine. The hotel overall feels a little dated, but part of that is the sparse decoration. I needed ice for a cooler which the restaurant downstairs kindly provided. I tried to order a beer to bring back to the room from the restaurant, but that wasn't an option.

We keken vanuit ons hotelkamerraam direct op de kerstmarkt, heel gaaf! Supermooi al die lichtjes. De ramen zijn ruim voldoende geluidsisolerend. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. De dag erop lekker warm gedoucht. Het ontbijt was lekker. Het hotel runt in dezelfde ruimte ook een (populair) restaurant, dat 2 dagen lang stampvol zat, jammer voor ons ;) Dan zal het eten wel goed zijn zeker! Dit hotel is een aanrader. Er werken aardige, behulpzame mensen. Waaronder de vrouw van de receptie. Chapeau!

Très bon accueil, très serviable. pas de soucis pour Arriver après 19:00 (la réception est ouverte jusque 22:00) même si sur hôtels.com.ils demandaient d arriver avant 19:00. Seul petit point noir… l eau de la douche a tendance à déborder dans la salle de bain… le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont aussi bien et l hôtel est super bien situé.

Soviel Dreck und Schmutz in einem SO KLEINEN Zimmer hatten wir zuletzt im Trip Inn Ariane in Köln.. Betten leider SEHR HART, Zimmer viel zu klein. Keine Rolläden, nur (zu kleine) Gardinen, Nee, nicht noch einmal. Lieber nen Fuffi mehr zahlen und dafür ein besseres Hotel. Sehr hellhörig, viel Lärm auf den Fluren
