Very nice, especially since the remodel. We enjoyed the amenities that came with being on the Club Level, and the bar downstairs for watching football. Lexi the bartender was great. The only thing we somewhat object to is only valet parking in the garage, with seemingly no choice to park ourselves or to walk into the garage to access our vehicle. That is a change from years previous, and I can't say I like it.

disappointed we weren’t able to get a room until 5:03pm, when check in was at 4:00pm. Being told we could be put on a wait list? When I made the reservation over 4 months ago? valet is basically your only way to park, unless you feel comfortable parking your car in the street.

Parking is a hastle. Either pay $48 per night for valet service or hope you can find a parking spot on the street. Parking is limited in downtown areas, I do understand. But when I can see empty spots in their garage that we can't park in, because its valet only and apparently I dont know how to park in a parking garage, I do feel like I'm a chump or a cheap skate in their eyes. I felt like I was lower class to them, despite paying their full price. I may be from a small city, but I expected to be treated better. I don't pay that price to then be expected to pay more. The hotel staff was perfect. We got to check in way super early, thanks to the staff, hopefully they didn’t get in trouble.. Our room was serviced on request, immaculately. To the cheap owners who won't treat their guests to parking without payment, in a downtown area that parking is hard, when their private garage has space, something something that doesn’t involve curse words. Ayne sell it to somebody that cares about people more than profit. I'm going to change most of my stars to 1 because they cant be 0.

We had 2 queen beds with access to club lounge area. Best part of the stay definitely would be the pool and hot tub and access to breakfast, appetizers and snacks from club lounge. The 2 negative things about the property is expensive valet only Parking and very loud AC unit in the room. if you are a light sleeper, I don't see how anyone could sleep in these rooms at all. Air conditioning AC compressor runs on and off throughout the night and extremely loud. Bring your ear plugs when you sleep.

This was my first visit to this property and I truly enjoyed my stay. The only downside is the construction outside, makes for a difficult walk into downtown. However, construction will eventually finish, but if the hotel suffers to please guests then the construction isn't the issue. The staff has been accomodating and very friendly. The room is fantastic, spacious, comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed for the night.

The bed is uncomfortable. My daughter's wedding was 5 miles down the street and I remembered I stayed in the Sheraton for my mom's retirement party and the beds were so comfortable. This was before the remodel. I spoke with a representative at the bridal show and they ask me to guve then a try now. It's a negative and the parking rate no thank you.

The star rating is hard for this hotel. The location was perfect for us because we wanted to be close to tthetrain station and it was nice to be able to walk to the water gardens plus there is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel. However check in time was supposed to be at 4:00 and there wasnt a room ready. When we came back at 7:00 it was still a struggle to find a room for us. I'm not sure what was going on if there was some sort of event as well but they seemed extremely short staffed. The staff that we had help us at the desk were excellent and everybody we ran into otherwise were the same but it just seemed very chaotic. We had a club level room and were gracious that one of the staff members gave us a card so we could have access to get something to eat during the dinner time frame and they do have a room for holding luggage.. The pool area, gym, Clubhouse, our room, and just the overall Hotel were really nice. The other issue we had was with parking. When I originally booked the hotel there was an option for regular parking or valet. Apparently now they have switched to only valet but it's like they don't have the Staffing hired to do it amd/or again something must have been going on that had them incredibly swamped because they were very backed up on getting vehicles and there isn't really enough room for only having valet especially if there's a lot of people because there's no where to put your car to be out of the way to load or unload it

This stay was booked through Expedia and paid in full. They charged my card the full amount when I checked out. I went back and they kept denying it. I showed them the card account were it was charged and the email receipt were it was charged and says total paid balance 0.00 But they still wanted to argue. So if you stay there check your accounts.

Room service open our door multiple times, we told them we don’t need room service they said they didn’t receive notice from front desk to confirm no room service needed. Knocked door early morning and just opened our door. No double lock on the door.

Pros: The interior design is exquisite . The bed and swivel chair was soft and comfortable. I like the TV had a greeting with my name. Personal touch. The breakfast was delicious and my lunch was to die for. The restaurant staff was friendly. Cons: My room was jot cleaned, i had to call them to clean it. When they clean my room. They did not take out the trash. They did not refill the tea bags. The after waitress blouse was so wrinkled, i was suprised the manager did not ask her to iron it. Image is everything and I was disappointed because there are irons in almost every room in the hotel. The front desk lady seven could could be more pleasant. No one smiles except the lady at the coffee bar. She was professional, helpful and pleasant to be around. The front desk staff are a representation of the sheraton brand and I was disappointed that they did not dress professional. Sheraton is supposed to be a luxury brand. With that being said I enjoyed my stay and will come again.

the only problem was in the resturant sunday morning. it took at least an hour and half to get our food. just normal pancakes waffles eggs. we were there for an event at civic center for a 12 noon performance. it almost made us late. we were in the resturant at 10:45 and could not finish breakfast. for waiting so long we had to leave. made a terrible end to our great weekend
