Clean, but needing updates. Friendly onsite staff, convenient location near tons of shopping and restaurants. The full kitchen in the room would have been extremely useful for an extended stay.

The room exceeded my expectations. There was a full kitchen (including dishwasher) and came stocked with plates, cups, cooking and eating utensils. There were plenty of comfortable pillows and the bed was comfortable. Although there was a small worn spot on the carpet, I didn't even notice it until we were packing up to leave. Check in was easy and the woman who checked us in was very nice. When we called the front desk the next morning to request a late check-out, we were told it wouldn't be an issued and let them know if we needed anything at all. Based on the price I paid, I expected something much less / not as nice. I was very pleased and if the opportunity arises to visit the area again, this will definitely be my "go to" place. I wish I could have stayed longer this time!

Booked this stay for my parents as a Christmas gift. They thoroughly enjoyed it and said they would book again. I did tour the room with them on Face time and it looked lovely and quaint.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ashley. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that it had a standard refrigerator and stove. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. This is my second time staying there and I will keep it in mind for future needs.
