The hotel is very well located with walking distance to the beach and around 40 minutes to the Italian airport . There is no parking inside but there is parking in the street and around a park near by. You pay for the parking. Not that expensive. Thank god Plenty restaurants.

Hotel says they have parking but it is not true, you have to find parking on the street. good luck with that. I was traveling with family members last week(4/23/23). I booked 3 rooms in total. room #403, the toilet had "stuff" in it, if you know what I mean, I seriously doubt that room had been cleaned at all. room #511, had no toilet paper, i had to give my TP roll to them. room #507 smelled funny. AC did not work in all 3 rooms. stay at your own risk.

After booking, I read some worryingly negative reviews. We stayed in a superior room on the 5th Floor with balcony & sea view, which was very pleasant. Reviews concerned cleanliness, lack of WiFi & hot water. We found none of these issues. WiFi was good all over the hotel, shower/sink water always hot & room cleaned daily. There was a strong/weird smell of cleaning products in the room on the day we arrived but this seemed to dissipate.The decor was a bit old-fashioned but not unclean nor unpleasant. Bed comfortable & bedding fresh. Room was quite small & the shower, toilet & sink were ensuite. Not much storage space. Shower looked as if it had been recently tiled & no sign of mould (as reported by other reviewers).There was attractive pink tiling on the bathroom floor.The sliding shower door was rickety & the seal torn but workable if you closed it firmly. Hotel breakfasts were good with plenty of cold foods, plus bacon & egg. We only attempted to use the hotel dining room for an evening meal once. Apparently needed to pre-book but we preferred local restaurants anyway. Lifts were slow & prone to break down. A lot of elderly people use the hotel which didn't make for a lively atmosphere around the pool, which is used by few people. Bar frequently empty. Gardens pretty & well kept. Staff were friendly, particularly Beatrice, on reception. Overall, functional & a good place to stay if you have a car to access other towns/beaches. Easy to reach Rome by train which was a plus.

They advertise a pool, a restaurant, beach access (you have to walk a mile) and air conditioning. The pool and restaurant are out of service until further notice, the room I had had dirt on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom was at least clean. No air conditioning. They did move me to a room with a ceiling fan that helped. Overall it was aweful and I ended up leaving three days early.

Aspetto delle camere completamente differente rispetto alle foto mostrate. Mancanza di parcheggio nei dintorni della struttura. Piscina non agibile, perché in ristrutturazione, tuttavia la posizione dell'hotel è comoda.

Partiamo dal prezzo che per una notte ho pagato 200 euro e quindi mi aspettavo un albergo almeno decente invece è stato un hotel da incubo. Ci hanno alloggiato al 4 piano in una quadrupla con la mobilia sporca, rotta e con le formiche. La testiera del letto matrimoniale indecente praticamente da chiamare i nas come si evince dalle foto. Le ascensori erano due ma una delle due praticamente si bloccava a mezzo piano con la porta aperta a metà. Unica nota positiva è il personale composto da ragazzi vhe è molto disponibile e cerca di fare quello che può in una barca che praticamente deve solo affondare e la Posizione che è centrale ma questo non giustifica assolutamente il prezzo esorbitante per una notte. La colazione abbastanza ricca ma la macchina del caffè è vomitevole, il caffè esce praticamente bruciato e maleodorante, nonostante ho fatto presente allo staff che facendo spallucce mi hanno gentilmente indicato il bar a pagamento per un espresso. Alla mia finestra penzolava un filo proveniente dal soffitto. Aria condizionata senza il telecomando ma era la reception che andava chiamata per abbassare o alzare la temperatura. Le stanza non sono dotate di cassaforte ne di qualsiasi altro optional vhe giustificherebbe un prezzo così eccessivo. Ho riscontrato anche della muffa sul legno di ingresso della mia stanza. Un soggiorno indimenticabile

Staff very welcoming and friendly, could do with a small renovation even if just improving the bathrooms and clean the pool, we didn’t use the pool as not clean.

Per il prezzo speso ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più. Appena entrati c era un forte odore di fogna che, anche dopo aver tirato l' acqua per ogni scarico, non è andato via. Tutto molto vecchio e poco pulito. Anche il balcone con escrementi di piccioni su tutto il corrimano. La colazione non era male ma con scarsa attenzione ai clienti.

The bathrooms were dirty and never cleaned. Had to continually request clean towels and toilet paper. Even though we were there for 7 nights , clean sheets were never put on the beds. All they did was throw the covers over the sheets. Didn't even bother to straighten out the sheets. Also cannot get wifi connection in the rooms only in the lobby or surrounding lower grounds. Fridges in the rooms are quite useless. And air conditioning was haphazard to say the least.

Vi opplevde veldig god service fra personalet – de var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme gjennom hele oppholdet. Dessverre levde ikke rommet opp til forventningene. Det var mindre enn beskrevet, og renholdet kunne vært bedre. Etter besøk på stranden fant vi ofte sandrester på gulvet, noe som tydet på at det ikke ble rengjort grundig daglig. Dusjen var spesielt skuffende, med dårlig vanntrykk og store problemer med temperaturen – vannet var enten iskaldt eller altfor varmt, noe som gjorde dusjopplevelsen svært ubehagelig. Frokosten var enkel og lite variert. Utvalget besto stort sett av ost, skinke og syltetøy som pålegg, samt eggerøre og pølser med tørt brød. Vi savnet mer ferskt og variert innhold. Alt i alt et opphold med god service, men standarden på rom og frokost trekker helhetsinntrykket kraftig ned.

Awesome front desk staff. Clean rooms. Good water pressure for shower. Even though the temperature was difficult to regulate. The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was great friendly staff during breakfast except one lady. The beds were comfortable and clean. That's all we needed :)

The sink and shower were dirty and had not been cleaned. The shower was broken and had poor pressure. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a paint job. Breakfast had non-gluten options, but eggs should be warm not cold. The sea view is a bit misleading because it’s obstructed by another building right in front of the hotel.

I paid for an ocean view room. We had a view of a building when we opened our window. It was awful. The staff was lovely. The food was great, but they would not give me a different room until later and by that time our trip was almost over. I did not change rooms. They did not give me a price adjustment.

God service, hyggelig lokation. Morgenmaden var ok, lidt dyr for prisen. Associeret resturant god for prisen. Værelserne tilstrækkelige, men badet var meget ringe. Det skiftede imellem meget koldt eller meget varmt, og trykker i vandet var alt for højt.

I'd strongly suggest a "Superior" room, as those are the only ones with air conditioning, and you'll probably want that. It's clean and safe, and the staff speak "hotel English", i.e., most standard questions they can handle. We wanted information on bus tickets to Ceterveri, and this had to be managed in Italian, which I'd expected, but none of them had ever used that bus and had no idea where exactly to get tickets. We eventually found out, and to their credit, they asked us afterwards and noted down the answer for future reference. Mostly the hotel was really nice, except*** NO ELEVATOR past the 4th floor yet...** and warning, the hotel is frequented by LARGE tour groups which descend upon the breakfast en masse, so try to be there when it starts. But the food is pretty good and there are some really nice restaurants nearby along the Lungomare. When you book in advance on Expedia, your charges will be exactly as spelled out on the website, only the exchange rate will vary.

We booked for two nights but because we didn't show up until the 2nd night (it was already paid for) our room was given away??? We got a different one but i still don't understand that. There were no holidays the day we were there but there were fireworks all night and children screaming until about 1am so don't expect to get any sleep. This was really rough with a very early flight. Also heard dishes clattering for HOURS, dinner was only from 7:30pm-9pm so that was kind of wild hearing it all night. Fine if its the only option and you are a heavy sleeper but don't really reccomend it.

I book a quen size bed and I got 3 small bed,I'm 6 ft 250 lb and when I complain the receptionist just give me the sholder up and told me all sold out. I sleep with my feet on the floor. NO AC only a celing fan and turn the light on the shut down the fan All floor smelling smoke even a sign was up on the wall,POOR staff management Shower towel you can take the paint of the wall,like sand paper.and paid $140.00 Never again stay away.

Quando siamo arrivati (alle 15,30) la camera non era ancora disponibile mentre Expedia aveva indicato l’orario di check in alle 15,00. Inoltre , mentre su Expedia la colazione era compresa nel prezzo, chiedendo un cappuccino ho scoperto che lo dovevo pagare! Non mi sembra serio e non depone a favore dell’hotel.

Mysigt hotell med lummig innergård nära stranden och nära restauranger och affärer. Rummen vi hade var enkla men helt okej för några nätter. Frukosten som ingick var helt okej, ett plus var att de hade ”barista” kaffe.

Pictures make it seem like it is on a beach. It is a block from the beach and you need to use a private beach clubs services. Very disappointed in nearby restaurants, unless you like Pizza there are few choices. And it was expensive to taxi in and taxi out.

The hotel is a 10-15 walk from the Ladispoli train station. We arrived at the train station at 2300 hrs with 4 suitcases, and there was no taxi service at this hour. Uber does not operate here. It was quite a task lugging 4 suitcases to the hotel. The locals in the area too did not know where the hotel is. Anyways the hotel is a nice well maintained property. AC and refrigerator (worked as a cooler) in the room. No safe vault. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, many eating places and bars around. We had a Seaview room and the view was beautiful. No complaints except that the hotel could have a shuttle service from the train station.

Acqua fredda (la sera e la mattina), colazione che termina alle 9:30 ma, alle 9:20 già acqua, succhi e caffè sono indisponibili. Personale di sala molto poco simpatico e cordiale.

Hotel très propre et bien décoré et aménagé. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Accès très facile à la plage et belle vue sur la mer. Equipement salle de bain vieux, pare douche cassé. Petit déjeuner avec choix limité.
