We came for MEA with some moms and 12 yo girls. Great place with outdoor jacuzzi, bonfires, fun evening atmosphere. Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Hotel was very clean. The room was a little small but the hotel offered nice amenities including a good sized workout room, bistro, large commin area, and outdoor hot tub. The location was great. Placed right in a great shopping and dining area. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night for family event. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet. Outdoor hot tub is a nice bonus. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was the only downside, the items had very little flavor, definitely premade and not cooked to order for the breakfast sandwich, and at $14 I would have expected a little better quality. Bar area was comfortable, decent beverage selection. Outdoor patio area was also nice, lots of tables and lounge chairs for bigger groups to hang out. Pool area was a little loud, but that is to be expected with kids having fun. Multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again

The hot tub was down during our stay. 4th floor ice machine did not work during our stay, inconvenienced by this. Our shower head in our room was torn from the wall a bit so angled toward the wall, just had to deal with it. A little maintenance would be a quick fix-Rm 415. Pool area drain was not working accurately, had to walk thru water to get to a chair to sit in. For the $$$ was expecting better I guess. Loved location near shopping and restaurants! Grounds were well kept.

The hotel was under construction, so some things were blocked off, but pool and hot tub remained open. Only complaint is the slowness of the elevators. Overall, very nice place to stay.

People do not sleep anymore. Foors slamming continued all night. Running in hallways. Nobody follows the quiet hous between 10pm and 6 am in the morning. So far i am disappointed and so not plan on staying at this location any time soon

King size bed was overly firm like sleeping on a board. Was forced to sleep on three pillows to treat back pain and spasms quickly cause by hard mattress. Terrible night sleep. Overly priced! Front desk manager said all mattresses of hotel would be replaced in a few months. Wish I had known that before I paid for a terrible night of sleep

I really liked our stay here, but we ran into a couple of glitches. As a frequent traveler, I can honestly say that I have never experienced a slower check in process. The staff member was pleasant but very slow, needing me to repeat information often. Then, the next morning a staff member came to our door saying she thought we had already checked out. Odd. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

Not a bad place to stay. Plenty of options for food in the area. Front desk staff lacked friendliness. For both check-in and check-out. The woman working the evening shift when we checked in showed zero ability to be personable with customers. The morning woman wasn’t much better. Acted like she couldn’t wait to get us checked out, almost like we were a burden. Ironically, the morning woman is the front desk manager. You’d think the customer service would have been better…especially for the prices they charge. The staff that handles hospitality were far more friendly than the staff at the front desk. 1 out of 10 chances I return to this specific location. Next time I’m in the Maple Grove area, I will stay with a competitor.

The woman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful and she was kind enough to put me in a nice room away from the basketball families who were there. I arrive late and she went to the bar/Resturant alerting them that I would be coming.

Room was very clean, but seemed to collect dust immediately almost as if no one had been in it for a while. Or their air filter needs changing. Entrance/exiting out of hotel is very difficult to figure out and street is very busy with constant traffic. Very friendly bartender Saturday night!!

Beautiful hotel but in a very, very dense and busy retail area with constant traffic which made it difficult to get out of the parking lot. Even though located near many great parks, restaurants and shopping, heavy traffic makes walking less than ideal.
