I booked 6 days prior to our stay, they contacted me via email 48 hrs before check in and stated they double booked us. Wouldn’t give me address of unit they wanted to move us in. Cincinnati is a large city and we wanted to be walking distance to ball field. I had to call VRBO customer service for help. It was a complete headache. Offered compensation bc we moved from 1 bedroom to studio. Had to ask 3 times for compensation. 60 is what they offered. Place was nice but dealing with them was a stressful headache.

We found the proximity to the riverfront and the Fourth Street Lytle Park district to be satisfying. Found it difficult to adjust to the soft mattress (no platform, no springs) and lack of water pressure. Disappointed that it took us two days to work through confirmation-of-stay procedures just to get connected to the internet. Another improvement we'd suggest is including garage parking for the length of a stay. Lack of a clear guide on operations/channel availability/accessing video was frustrating.

My husband and I arrived at our rental property and there had been guests in the room and never cleaned. We had to get a different unit. I submitted pictures to Cozy Suites.
