It’s quaint and adorable. So, my booking error (not on the hotel) had us in two different rooms. The first room the carpet was dated, but everything else was great. The second room was lovely. Vaulted ceiling, new laminate flooring, and spacious for a king room. There’s a nice outdoor pool and most rooms seem to have outdoor seating. Overall, a great place a bit off the beaten path of the busy Lake George strip. We will be back!

Was very disappointed that our room was not cleaned. Apparently they only clean rooms every other day and we only had a two night stay. We were not aware of this and had to ask for clean towels. We should have been made aware of this policy upon check-in.

our plane was delayed so we did not get to the hotel until 1:15 am. When we got there we were told there were no rooms available. This was a surprise as we had a reservation for a king bed. They claimed there was a problem with the AC that caused leaks in our room. They had booked us at another hotel that was 15-20 minutes way in a different town. This was NOT what we wanted to hear at 1:15 am. While the night manager was friendly, the hotel should have called us or emailed us well before we arrived so we could have looked into other options rather than staying in a town 15-20 minutes from our desired location. When we arrived at next hotel booked by the Hyatt, they told us there was only a room with 2 double beds which was a long walk from the front desk and we had to walk 3 flights downstairs to get to that room. HAD THE HYATT CALLED US OR EMAILED US AS WE WERE WAITING AT THE AIRPORT WITH NOTHING TO DO WE COULD HAVE LOOKED AT OTHER OPTIONS!!! WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. The night manager was apologetic, but hotel mgt was terrible.

My stay was great as always. Their Staff was Amazing and Helpful. There wasn't nothing that I needed or wanted. If I did need something I could call the Front desk and they have someone bring it to me. My room My bathroom was extra clean and smelled great. I love everything about my stay. I am very satisfied and will be staying again. My favorite Hotel to spend time in.
